Our home has a gated community with 1 car port parking spot, 1 garage spot and 1 street parking spot. The living and dining rooms are located on the second floor along with the half bathroom. The third floor has both bedrooms and full en suite bathrooms. One bedroom is has a triple bunkbed (2 queens and a twin) with attached bathroom and the second bedroom has one queen bed with attached bathroom.
