This recently updated condo is centrally located in Augusta and provides easy access to the Master's tournament, the medical district, Fort Gordon/Fort Eisenhower, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. This condo is located on the second floor and features a screened balcony overlooking a peaceful creek. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and a living room. There are also laundry facilities in the unit and super comfortable mattresses and furnishings.

Quiet condo located close to shopping, the Augusta National, downtown, and the medical district.

There are two queen bedrooms, a bathroom with tub/shower combination, and the second bathroom has a shower with two seats. There is a dining area, a living room, and a balcony overlooking a creek.

There is one dedicated space for the unit, but there are multiple guest spaces right next to the dedicated space. You will need a car to best navigate the Augusta area.

Always great

This is a great place to stay. It is out second time & will not be out last. It is centrally located close to shops, restaurants, & to the August Burn & Wound clinic. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood. The sound of the train in the distance is actually nice. The cleanliness of the condo is top notch. The owners are quick to respond & very helpful.

Great modern look.

-Love the kitchen and bathrooms, and bed rooms. Very clean, very neat.-Didn't like that the couch smelt like baby pee. Nor did i like that the shower water didn't stay hot very long. -
