Enjoy our Chic Oasis in Alamo Heights! Our 1 story, 3 bedrm (4 beds), 2 bath home is located just minutes from The Quarry for shopping & restaurants, 15 mins from the River Walk and historic Alamo, and 10 mins from the SAT airport.

The home features a pool and a covered backyard pergola with outdoor furniture to relax on. Our home has everything you will need for your stay including a washer/ dryer, smart TV’s in every room, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, & ample living space.

Situated in the quiet cottage district in Alamo Heights where our home features unique decor in every room!

Primary room includes 1 king bed with attached private bathroom.
Second bedroom includes 1 king bed.
Third Bedroom includes 2 twin beds in a trundle.
Second full bathroom is located in the hallway with easy access from all rooms.
Smart TV’s in every bedrooms and living room.

Guests will have full access to the home and backyard area.
Smart Lock entry allows entry on your own and code will be provided day of check-in.
House Manual is provided inside the home upon entry.

Awesome property

My daughter lives about a mile away. My brothers and son stayed at this home while our family gathered this past weekend. The house is BEAUTIFUL. it was spotless, well equipped and spacious kitchen and 3 lovely bedrooms. The pool and outside area were also fantastic. I would highly recommend and Will definitely use again in the future.

Road Trip

Did a road trip from central Florida to San Antonio area for my nephew's graduation from Fort Sam Houston. This home was clean and had everything we would need during our stay. Great location and close to everything. Neighborhood is very nice. Would definitely recommend this property to you. Communication was great. Plenty of restaurants to eat at if not wanting to cook. Usually, I would take advantage of the kitchen, but it was a long ride and just wanted to be waited on. Enough parking for us and was very quiet. Sunsets by the pool, through the trees, made it much more relaxing. Thanks again for a great stay.

Perfection!

Everything about this property was perfect. The house has been updated throughout and was immaculately clean. Every room was decorated beautifully with great attention to detail. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable which is very important to my family. It was cold during our stay so we did not go in the pool, but it was obviously clean and the outdoor furniture was nice and comfortable. The location of this home is also amazing. It is between the airport and downtown San Antonio. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are only a mile or two away. The neighborhood is quiet, and felt very safe with parks in walking distance. Finally, our host was wonderful. She made everything easy, stress free, and we ended up extending our stay. Thank you again Kiana! Overall, this was the best rental experience I have ever had and I have had many great ones!

Alamo Heights Cottage District is a beautiful quaint neighborhood. We love that the neighborhood is a mix of old and new homes with some built in the 1930s! It’s a great place for a walk and 3 minutes away from Olmos Basin Park which is always full of kids and adults playing sports, walking dogs, or running the trails.
