Welcome to Avon - Seasons Ski Condo. Set across the road from the Beaver Creek Gondola, this fourth-floor 1BR/1Bath condo delivers postcard mountain views. Perfect Rocky Mountain Summer **Location!** Steps to Bike Paths & Hiking Trails and walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, Nottingham Park, Avon Rec Center (Summer Camps), Walgreens pharmacy, Ski/Bike rental shops, lift ticket office, ATM/bank, post office, and walk to main bus terminal.

This ski condo boasts a large living area, updated furnishings with mountain contemporary décor.  You will have even more room to spread out, with the private balcony providing the perfect space to sip a favorite beverage as you look out to the unbelievable Beaver Creek Mountain views. The Residence has a large bedroom with room for a desk or sitting area. Brand new bathroom will ensure the comfort you are looking for. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare you favorite meals. The living room offers a comfortable king-size pull-out couch for extra comfort. Fully size washer and dryer available for your everyday needs. New Remodel Fall 2023, Kitchen remodel planed in Spring 2024.

Great access to lifts from village of Avon.

Very comfortable condo in Avon, only 100 yards from Riverside gondola--never a line, offloads at base of chair up the mountain, couldn't be easier. This was a much more affordable option than staying up near the main base area of Beaver Creek, and in reality easier to get on the mountain by avoiding a lengthy walk through the touristy (but fun to visit) Beaver Creek base mall. Owner Pete was helpful letting us in, easily contacted. We would stay here again, had a wonderful week of skiing!

Clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and well appointed, and in a convenient location for our needs. We had some issues regulating the temperature in the unit but got a prompt response when we reached out.

Rocky Mountain high

We absolutely loved our unit. Everything had been redone except kitchen counters and cabinets which is happening later this year. The unit was well thought out with high end finishes. The bedding was so comfortable. The only problem was the toiletries in the shower were not marked as to the contents. We highly recommend this rental . The location was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!!

This property was awesome! Super close to the Gondola and has everything you need for a great getaway to Beaver Creek. The place was spacious and the pull out couch was super big which was a good bonus! Super easy to get to and very warm family environment. Great view of the mountains/slopes as well. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Will be renting this place again when we go back.
