Au coeur de Avon -walk des restaurants et gondole! 2bed Immaculée / 2bath

SituĂ© dans le cƓur de Avon, ce fabuleux nouvellement construit deux chambres escapade Ă  la montagne dispose de toutes les commoditĂ©s de la maison ... et de superbes vues sur le mont Beaver Creek!

Gùtez-vous avec la commodité de certains des meilleurs restaurants et des boutiques dans la vallée de Vail. Nouveau mobilier, décoration design, nouveau tapis, foyer au gaz, balcon avec un barbecue à gaz et les meubles de patio. Service Internet sans fil. Télévision par cùble dans chaque chambre, il ya un DVD dans la salle familiale et chaque chambre (un magnétoscope est aussi dans la salle familiale). Le canapé pouf se double d'un canapé-lit et une laveuse et sécheuse se trouve dans le condo.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king et salle de bain privée avec baignoire à jets et lavabo double ... en plus d'une entrée privée sur le balcon. Deux lits queen sont fournis dans la chambre d'hÎtes spacieuse - parfait pour une famille - avec une entrée privée à la salle de bains attenante. Beaucoup de serviettes sont fournis avec du savon de bain, shampooing, revitalisant, et blowdryers pleine grandeur dans chaque salle de bains.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée (cafetiÚre, cocotte, mixeur, grille-pain et tous les gadgets et des morceaux que vous pouvez imaginer portion).

Une pleine taille laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse se trouvent dans le condo avec un détergent à lessive, les feuilles d'assouplissant et détachant.

Un sous-sol, garage chauffé dispose d'un parking, de verrouillage local à skis pour l'unité, et le stockage de vélos. Cette unité est l'une des rares unités dans la vallée de Vail à offrir CLIMATISATION - une excellente option d'avoir sur une chaude journée d'été!

Our family of five enjoyed this condo. It was well maintained and well stocked for a ski weekend. The location is great to be in Avon and be able to walk to dinner and groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect ski weekend!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend skiing with my family - the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space in the condo, and everything was location in convenient proximity to the slopes and/ or to bus stops to get there!

Property has everything you need

Great condo in Avon. Underground parking super clutch. Fast wifi. Stocked kitchen with all sorts of pans, containers, and loads of what you need. Comfy beds and linnens. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great honeymoon stay

The condo was great! So cozy and had all the homey touches. The town of Avon was a wonderful location to stay in too due to all the shops and restaurants as well as the proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail. Highly recommend!

Convenient to everything, short walk To Westin gondola, bus stops for Avon and eagle county bus to vail. Extremely well stocked! Grocery store across road, restaurants all around. Would stay here again!

The stay was enjoyable, the condo was clean. The only issue was the first night, it was extremely hot in the building, as well as in our condo. There was an AC, but it was more like a hotel AC unit and only cooled the living room. Being from TX, one of the prerequesites was it must have AC. Other than that, it was a good stay and we enjoyed it. Thanks again, Lorna! We appreciate you so much!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We purchased a condo in Avon because Lorna has been a regular at Colorado resorts since the early 80's and always loved the Vail Valley. We have great memories of skiing and hiking in the area; however, our most memorable is becoming engaged following a sleigh ride to the secluded restaurant, 'Beanos Cabin', located on Beaver Creek Mountain.

Vail Valley has ulimited outdoor activities, world-class cuisine, amazing shopping, fabulous day spas and offers a menu of cultural events throughout the year.

Vail and Beaver Creek have been consistently ranked top ski resorts in the world. While the winter is known for its great skiing, snowmobiling, Adventure Ridge and outdoor activities - the summers are filled with mountain biking, hiking, boating, and fishing along with multiple festivals.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Chapel Square is located in the heart of Avon and at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. It is a two block walk from the gondola and is located on the free shuttle route (with two other stops just across the parking lot).

Unlike many other buildings, Chapel Square has residential floors on the top of the building and features the following restaurants on the lower level: steakhouse (Outback), mexican, sushi, soup/sandwhich/salad, and chinese. There are also salon services, grocery, toystore and other stores on the first floor of the building. Residential floors are secured by a code required in the elevator. There is also a great Pizza Restaurant and Irish Pub within a block of the condo. For those renting equipment - Christy Sports, Gart Sports and Vista Sports are all within a block of the condo as well.

The condo has a heated parking garage and ski/bike storage along with a hot tub, sauna and fitness room available for use by the guests. Furthermore, it is within walking distance of the Avon Recreational Center which offers state of the art exercise equipment and indoor pools. We offer a gas grill on the patio of the condo which has a great view of Beaver Creek Mountain.
