Pawleys Plantation offers a range of accommodations to suit the needs of medium-size groups, including the pristine Pawleys Glen 145-3 Villa which can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. This spacious villa boasts three bedrooms, each with their own unique features to enhance your stay.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, full bathroom, and a private screened porch, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily vacation life. Located at the front of the villa, and across the hall from the formal dining room, you’ll find the second guest bedroom which has two queen beds and full bathroom.

Upstairs, the third bedroom offers two double beds, as well as a bathroom and its own private screened porch. From this vantage point, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding Pawleys Plantation Golf Course.

In addition to these spacious sleeping quarters, the Pawleys Glen 145-3 Villa offers a range of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You’ll find a fireplace and flat-screen TV with a vaulted ceiling in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, complimentary WiFi, and screened-in porches with fantastic views.

Pawleys Plantation Resort is located about 7 miles south of the Litchfield Beach & Golf check-in office. Once checked in, expect about a 15 – 20 minute drive (depending on lights and traffic) to your Pawleys Plantation accommodations.

Nice place

Very nice place in a cozy neighborhood near the golf courses. Only suggestion I have is to put a keypad on the door so guests don't have to check in 10 minutes away at Litchfield Resort. Great place!

Excellent location for family, beach, shopping

Great condo with plenary of room for 3 families. We have family living in the neighborhood so it was super convenient to their house. Not far from the beach (but you have to drive). Overall a terrific place to stay to enjoy Pawleys Islnd

Accommodations were great, check in was cumbersome as it was 15 minutes away from the property and we had a lot of driving just to get to the villa. Wish there was a key pad entry system versus going to Litchefield to check-in. House was great, host was great.

Golf trip 70th birthday

Primary trip was for four days of golf. Townhome was clean and comfortable. Large enough with 3 bathrooms. I've read complaints about check in but it was easy and though remote from the location easy to find and travel to the townhome from there.

One Night Refresher

We were in town for a wedding, so only stayed one night. The property was beautiful. Check in was a bit difficult due to check in times and location of check in versus the property. Not super convenient. The house was nice for the stay but layout is a bit closed off if you were looking to host anything there. The upstairs screened porch was really nice to relax before we headed back home.

Nice neighborhood, nice location

We only reserved a one night stay, so we didn’t have a lot of time to really use the location, but we did shower and sleep there. We really liked the Pawley’s Plantation neighborhood. It was lovely. I think this listing is incorrect, it states king bed in master and it is only a queen bed. So, the hubby and I elected to sleep in separate rooms. I would suggest some less puffy pillows, and a new mattress or two in the front bedroom. It was a little bit of a hike from the Litchfield rentals office, a 10 minute drive. All in all, we were happy, we just needed a place to shower and sleep and the A/C worked great so it was nice a cool.
