The space
While the professionally decorated living room invites you to soak in the beautiful, majestic vistas across the deck, it also keeps its cozy feeling, inviting you to relax with a good book and a blanket by the fire.

The deck offers the perfect space for morning or sunset yoga followed by your favorite cup of coffee. The inviting silence, sometimes interrupted by birdsongs, provides a space for mindfulness, meditation, health, and recovery. Our favorite thing is to start the morning by sipping our coffee while enjoying the view and listening to the birds wake up. The coffee station offers different teas, drip coffee, and Keurig Cafè, which prepares cappuccinos and lattes with delightfully foamy milk.

Multigenerational families will enjoy this three-story home, which is wheelchair and walker accessible. A ramp will take you to the first floor, with a low threshold door that is 36’ wide. Additional accessible features include an elevator, 32-36 inches house doors and hallways throughout, and an easy step-in jetted jacuzzi tub with handlebars.

The house is divided into three comfortable floors. You will find an office on the first floor with plenty of desk space. The second floor has three bedrooms: a kid’s room with a twin-twin bunk bed and a queen-sized sofa bed with a memory mattress. The room next door has a queen-size bed fitted with a memory foam mattress and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower. This shared bathroom has a counter area with space for a small wheelchair. Next to these bedrooms is the primary suite with a master closet, California-King Foam mattress, and crib. The primary bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The third floor has a fourth bedroom with a King-size memory foam mattress, and its adjacent full bathroom is equipped with an easy-step, walk-in Jacuzzi tub.

The third floor is the heart of the home, with a full-size kitchen, coffee bar, TV room with a Roku smart TV, and a wood stove. Adjacent pool table next to the cozy living room with a fireplace. It is the perfect place to cozy up with a good book or play board games.

Walk or drive the quaint community of Green Valley Lake. You’re a short and pleasant stroll from the nearby lake, where you can partake in water activities such as canoeing, kayaking, paddle boats, and stand-up paddle boarding (rentals available at the lake). There is fishing in the seasonally stocked lake, and permits are available through the forest service (purchase in advance at the lake). Close by, you will encounter beautiful hiking and biking trails, which become interesting snow-shoeing trails in the winter, where you can see the majestic mountains and have lots of fun identifying animal prints in the fresh snow.
