I'll cover a couple key major points.1. Host was great, communicative, available, and while I had no issues I needed to raise, they were happy to help and give additional information that was more than was necessary, but was much appreciated.2. Property was as described, clean, comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay there, amenities were nice, and it was quiet and relaxing. It's close the main areas of Lake Arrowhead, but not too close where it could be a distraction. Just a reminder, this is in the mountains, there roads are windy, there are stairs, etc...3. Kitchen and bathrooms were very useful and well designed. 4. All in all, highly recommend if this is the type of property/get-away that you are looking for.

Description matched and the home was what we expected. A great personal touch was the coffee bar. It was stocked and was a great treat. Beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful. Parking was tight but doable for two cars. There was a leak on the first night under the sink but host was responsive and the issue did not persist after we stopped using the sink in the bathroom. He promised to have it checked for future guests and based on his communication, I believe he will.

The cabin was really nice, clean, described accurately and the hosts were easy to communicate with. It had all that we needed and then some. I really enjoyed the deck and how quiet the area is. I would revisit and recommend the place to others.

Romantic and comfortable little cabin

Great place to have a romantic getaway… trees surround all windows, and there’s nice lighting and modern furnishings throughout. Nice full kitchen, and it’s a quick trip to the grocery store if you’ve forgotten anything. Perfect distance from nearby lakes, shops etc. Overall an extremely pleasant stay.

Mini vacation

Our little family enjoyed our stay in Erick's cozy cabin. Perfect size for us and very clean. We traveled with our little ones, ages 3 and 5, and all enjoyed our stay. Check in super easy. Definitely would love to visit again!

Location

The property manager was amazing, returned any inquiries we had promptly. This was a very comfortable easy-going atmosphere and since the property itself is situated between two roads when you look out from the living room onto the balcony through the sliding glass patio door and amazing large kitchenette area windows it looks like you’re in a treehouse.
