We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and accommodated our group well, with great spaces for larger gatherings and plenty of private spaces as well. This was our second summer vacation here. Sharli is a great host. We loved dinners on the back deck and spending time on the nearby beaches. Perfect house for mixed age family groups and families with young children.

Being able to be all together when the time calls for it, and yet have private space for winding down is something families really enjoy at our home. Of course, the location is key to all the Cape has to offer. We look forward to hosting you again next year. Jose & Sharli

Five female college friends celebrating our 70th birthdays descended on Cape Cod and stayed at No Complaints. And we had no complaints. The five bedrooms/beds were perfect, the kitchen and paper goods fully stocked. We loved the proximity to the bike trails and beaches, and enjoyed coming back to the cottage to relax, cook dinner and relax on the deck or around the table playing games, sippng wine and working on puzzles. The host was ready to offer support and answer questions, but everything was so organized we needed no help - thank you!!

We try to think every year of everything folks need to enjoy not only the time out seeing all the Cape has to offer, but also the quieter time at home. We are so glad to have added the AC mini-splits a few years ago. A week like last one without AC would be tough to say the least. It’s been a well-appreciated investment for sure. The quiet evenings are a nice way to wind down after a busy day of exploring the Cape. Hope to see you again next year. Jose & Sharli

The host was very welcoming as we were headed to the house - he even called us to see if we had checked in already. We enjoyed how close the house was to stores and beaches/ponds. For anyone visiting with big groups, I would be cautious about the “water alarm” that shuts off the water if too much is being used at once. Overall, great trip!

We’re happy you enjoyed our home on the Cape, and particularly how close it is to everything there is to do here. It’s one of the things we love most about our home. This year we had a new water use measure valve placed at the house and we’re just figuring it out. We adjusted the expected water use going forward so that the water no longer shuts off momentarily as it did once during your stay. Safe travels and we hope to see hoy again. Jose & Sharli
