This ground-level home is perfect for a wonderful Keys getaway in an area with some of the best boating in the Keys. Through the front door, there is a large kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a large TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Off the living area is a hallway with two bedrooms. The master has a King bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. A large outdoor area overlooks the beautiful canal where you can enjoy evenings after a fun-filled day on the boat grilling your catch. There is also a "bonus" room with a sleeper sofa that has its own entrance. Amenities include two TVs,, a barbecue grill, a washer/dryer, central A/C, and ceiling fans in each room. From the dock, there is excellent access to the Atlantic Ocean and Looe Key or the back-country and Gulf for fishing, diving, and kayaking. Just a short drive away you will find groceries, fuel, banks, restaurants, a marina, and more. Key West is a thirty-minute drive away and offers a unique history, exceptional dining, and great shopping. The Miami Airport is about a 3-hour drive. This is a non-smoking home.
