Nouveaux 4 chambres 3 salles de bains avec 1/2 intégré dans la piscine dans un lieu privé de 2 acres. Un lieu idéal pour se détendre loin de tout. Près d'une belle plage de la baie. Beaucoup de vignobles à proximité pour des dégustations de vin. Accueil dispose de quatre chambres, deux salles de bains privées et deux partagent une salle. La piscine dispose de 8 chaises longues avec coussins, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour se détendre. La plate-forme au large de la cuisine a une table et un parasol, parfait pour manger dehors. La maison est parfaite pour 4 couples ou deux familles avec enfants. Le propriétaire a appartement qui sera utilisé lors de votre séjour.

We enjoy our vacation week here in Cutchogue, NY. The house was amazingly clean, comfortable, and in a great private location. Our grand kids enjoyed the pool every day! We visited a few dining options, as well as the local brewery and vineyards. We also enjoyed a cruise on the Antonia M. with Capt Dave of North fork Charters, out of Albertson Marina. Ralph was a great host! This home is family friendly with a well equipped kitchen. We hope to return to relive our great memories made here in Cutchogue. Thank you Ralph!

Gorgeous place!

This place is a gem! The house is beautiful and we absolutely LOVE the pool. Our 10 month old had a great time floating and swimming in it! The host Ralph is very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend and we are already thinking about our next stay here!!

We loved our stay at Ralph's beautiful house. We had a teenager and a toddler with us, and everyone was able to have a wonderful time. The house is well-stocked and very comfortable, and the pool area and porch are gorgeous as well as functional. We will certainly be back. Thank you, Ralph for being such a terrific host!

Beautiful home stay on the North Fork

We had a wonderful time at Ralph’s home! The pool and backyard area was a great place to hang as a big group and central location to multiple wineries and the beach was ideal for our trip. Ralph was responsive and left clear instructions for us for when we arrived! We hope to be able to rent again next summer!

We booked this home for a 3 night stay July 8-11 for my husbands SURPRISE BIG 70th Birthday to house our two children with their spouses and our 4 grandbabies. There was a total of 6 adults and 4 children all 5 & under. This home is absolutely exquisite and so big and beautiful and has ALL amenities we needed. That's what sold us in the beginning. I will say the pictures of the home are lovely but seeing the home they just didn't compare to how spacious rooms were. The pool, patio and porch area was a huge hit as we all enjoyed our time with the kids there. I would DEFINITELY rent this place again and Ralph the host was so lovely with keeping in touch on our needs and also check in & out. We were sad to leave however the memories and photos we have are priceless. We visited Osprey Dominion vineyards our last day and it was truly a fantastic family place. The home is situated in a quiet dead end road and you have this huge home with all the beauty that Cutchogue and North Fork offers! Little slice of Long Island heaven!

This property was just so perfect for a mid-summer vineyard trip!!! First of all, it's all about the outdoors at this home--the saltwater pool, patio and landscaping was stunning! It was an oasis I didn't ever want to leave. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was properly stocked. The location could not have been more ideal, just minutes from multiple beautiful vineyards and restaurants. (I highly recommend the owner's family vineyard, Pugliese Vineyard!) Really was one of the best finds on VRBO I've ever had! Thanks to our host, Ralph!

Crown Jewel of the Neighborhood - A 5-Star Escap!

This home blew us away from the moment we arrived. Set in a beautiful neighborhood, it stood out with stunning landscaping and curb appeal. Inside, it was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed.The backyard was the real wow factor—featuring a massive, gorgeous pool that made it hard to leave. Every detail was designed for comfort and relaxation.Ralph was an outstanding host—quick to respond and full of great local recommendations. If we could give 6 stars, we would. Already planning our next trip back!

Relaxing Family Vacation

Great home in the most serene environment. Ralph was a great host. He did everything to make our stay comfortable. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and garden were a hit with the kids and adults. Great location near all the local attractions. We hope to be back again soon.

Much needed girlfriend getaway

We had an amazing 4 nights at this beautiful, well equipped, very comfortable house. The pool is huge and such a pretty and relaxing area. There are so many little areas to discover both inside and outside this home and the grounds and gardens are absolutely lovely! Great location- We were 5-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. The owner Ralph was great to communicate with and very informative and responsive. 6 lifelong friends had the perfect getaway and we would all highly recommend this house.

Couldn’t have been better

We had a family reunion and the house was wonderful for kids of all ages. Ralph is a great person to deal with. Hope we get to visit again sometime. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering it!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a great time at this home on the North Fork. The house is beautiful and private and had more than enough room for my family. The pool was amazing as well. Ralph was an excellent host and answered questions quickly we had for him. I hope we can return next year!

Beautiful Home and Property!

Echoing some of the other commenters, I almost don't want to give too good of a review because our family loved this house so much we want it for ourselves next summer! In all seriousness though, Ralph is a gracious, responsive host who I thoroughly enjoyed meeting. The house is spacious, well equipped and beautiful. The pool and back yard is a great place to make memories with your family. Every night we ate vegetables from the garden and watched pink clouds in the sky as the sun set. It's near the beach, Vineyards, Greenport and Mattituck villages if you feel like interacting with people. If you just want peace, stay home, chill and enjoy the scenery. What more could you want?! Thanks Ralph.

Stayed at this home for 1 week with my children and grandchildren. The house was amazing. The pool was wonderful and the owner Ralph was the best!! Home was big enough for all of us and close to everything. Would highly recommend to anyone!
