Are you looking for a picture-perfect place to stay for your wine country visit? Look no further than this mid-century modern house that will steal the hearts of everyone who stays!
Ideally located just minutes to downtown Santa Rosa and the coveted Montgomery Village, you are surrounded by great local activities! The house is well equipped with a pool, hot tub, and spacious chefâs kitchen!
This home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and while it does offer a private pool and spa for guests to enjoy, it may not be the best fit for all groups, especially those hoping for a livelier or party-style atmosphere. Sound tends to carry more than expected, and even respectful gatherings can sometimes raise concerns with full-time neighbors.
That said, if your group is looking for a relaxing, laid-back getaway and is comfortable being mindful of volume, this can be a wonderful home base.
Quiet hours of 9pm-8am daily are strictly enforced. Property is a neighborhood setting.
THE SPACE
The home is a single-level open concept. After a day soaking up the sun next to the private pool or exploring all our beautiful county as to offer.
You can prepare a gourmet meal after hitting the local farmers market in the updated chef's kitchen that is sure to inspire.
Challenge the family to a play-off on the classic arcade game, or air hockey table. For a more romantic evening cozy up on the oversized couch, pop on the relaxing gas fireplace, and stream a romcom on the oversized smart TV.
When the day is done head to the spacious bedrooms for a good night's sleep in the king-size bed. Or queen size:) You'll want to come back year after year to enjoy all the Midcentury Modern has to offer.

Guests will have access to the entire home.
OTHER-THINGS-TO-NOTE
- The city of Santa Rosa has mandatory quiet hours for vacation rentals daily from 9pm-8am. This is strictly enforced at this home.
- Property is in a neighborhood setting. Not a party house.
- There are standard Ring cameras positioned only at the driveway, front door, and pool area for safety purposes. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
- Max of 6 short-term overnight guests allowed.
- Please note that the pool is solar-heated from late April - to early October * Temperature will depend on weather conditions.
- Spa is a commercial-style inground spa. It will take between 60 and 90 minutes to heat to full temp depending on the time of year. Your hostess can preheat the spa upon your request. Per the city of Santa Rosa required vacation quiet hours Spa will heat till 9 PM daily.
- There are 3 cars maximum allowed at this property. 2 on-site, 1 street.
- Up to two Dogs are accepted on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Please inquire directly.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- Classic arcade game. Includes many favorites like Pac-Man.
- Electric vehicle charging is prohibited at the property.
- Peacock subscription that includes live TV is available upon request.
- The game room includes an air hockey table, poker table, oversized TV, and a couch.
- The family room in the house includes a retro arcade game table with classic video games like PacMan.
- Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate cats due to a severe allergy of immediate family members.

I do my best to maintain the home and amenities carefully, but issues may occur with Wi-Fi, spa/ pool, appliances, or utilities due to weather, outages, or mechanical factors. Some interruptions are outside my control, and not all can be resolved immediately. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for unexpected disruptions or guest cancellations.

âïž Pool & Hot Tub daily hours for use are between 8 am-9 pm and are strictly enforced.
âïž No charging of electric vehicles permitted
âïž Amplified sound prohibited at all times. No parties allowed.
âïž Pet policy is Limited to 2 dogs maximum and must be disclosed at the time of reservation. A pet fee of $99 is applicable. Dogs may NOT be left unattended. Guests must pick up after their pets.
âïž Daytime guests: MUST be pre-approved. An additional fee may apply. Limit to no more than 3 daytime pre-approved guests at any one time during the hours of 8AM to 9 PM
âïž Only 3 cars max are allowed 2 onsite and 1 street
âïž NO running around the pool. Itâs easy for kids and adults to slip and injure themselves.
âïž PLEASE supervise any and all children. Young children MUST always be monitored by an adult.
âïž Children of any age who are not poty trained must wear swim-proof diapers while using the pool or hot tub. If an accident occurs in the pool that requires it to be drained or results in additional expenses to correct the water chemistry, the responsible guest will be charged for the necessary services and repairs.
âïž NO animals in the pool.
âïž NO glass around the pool area (Note: the kitchen is stocked with plasticware for outdoor use).
âïžPool towels are provided and located in the covered screen porch in the basket in the corner by the TV.
âïž NO Smoking on the premises or in any of the indoor spaces.
âïž Guests may be held responsible for any damages to the home or its amenities. This includes repair or replacement costs, and in cases of significant damage or negligence, a fine starting at $500 may apply.
â ïž IMPORTANT: If any damage occurs that requires us to temporarily take the home or its amenities off the market, guests may be responsible for the cost of repairs and any lost income during that time.
