Ceci est notre location en bord de mer sur la meilleure plage de sable sec de Malibu avec vue panoramique sur l'ocĂ©an. SituĂ© sur le sable. Cette belle plage reposante est connue sous le nom de Carbon Beach ou Billionaires Row, et accueille de nombreuses cĂ©lĂ©britĂ©s. À moins d'une minute des restaurants, de la cĂ©lĂšbre jetĂ©e de Malibu et de la plage de Surfrider!

Cette location de vacances est en bord de mer avec vue panoramique sur l'océan. Il y a une grande terrasse privée pour se détendre et manger en plein air, une baignoire jacuzzi, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable accentuent cette location confortable. Téléviseurs à écran plat HD dans le salon et la chambre, BluRay et chaßne stéréo.

EntiÚrement équipé avec tous les éléments essentiels: barbecue à gaz, cuisiniÚre à gaz, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, laveuse / sécheuse, linge de maison et tous les éléments essentiels pour cuisiner et manger.

Nous fournissons tous les draps, serviettes, chaises de plage et la cuisine est entiÚrement équipée, vous n'avez donc pas besoin d'emballer ces éléments essentiels. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse sur place pour votre commodité.
Il y a un parking sécurisé et la propriété est fermée pour plus d'intimité.

Insouciant avec toute l'Ă©lectronique: vous pouvez planifier des vacances merveilleuses, insouciantes et relaxantes. This place is awesome... it could use a couple updates but it's a fabulous location and the communication was great. Unfortunately, there were workers right outside the bedroom window making a loud ruckus before 8am a couple days, or we would have given it five stars. FYI, a new guest book is needed because it's full. ;)

Wonderful view!

We have been renting these vacation rentals since 2014. Very easy check in . Everything is perfect! Angel is so helpful and friendly! Listening to the ocean all day and night is so relaxing . We will keep coming back!

Relaxing beach stay

This is my new favorite unit at this complex on the beach in Malibu. Huge balcony directly over the beach, King bed, and large jacuzzi tub make this the perfect place to stay in Malibu.

If you want to hear the ocean

If you want to hear the ocean 24/7 this is your play. Great views, sufficient towels, and everything to make your life enjoyable. I only thing I couldn't find to cook with was a spatula which I bought and added to the utensils.

Worst Vacation Ever

Unfortunately, this was the worst vacation we’ve ever experienced, primarily due to noise issues from our neighboring units next door to us and above us! Property management was contacted as well, but the noise level didn't improve from either units. It’s disheartening when people aren’t more considerate of those around them. We wanted to enjoy our vacation too, but it seems that was too much to ask for. I hope that future guests have a better experience and don’t have to deal with similar issues. I feel sorry for whoever stays here next. Good Luck!

First VRBO experience

The location of the unit was amazing. Perfect for our short stay for a family wedding. Right on the beach and within walking distance of pier and all of Malibu really. Love that there is a property-manager on-site. Unit is in need of some repair/updates. Moisture plays havoc. Sugar ants in food if left out. No A/C so can get very muggy indoors. Overall good first-time experience.

Crashing waves:)

You can’t get any closer to the beach if you tried . So that was overall the best thing about this location. Listening to the waves was so relaxing. However the place definitely needs a make over, a deep clean and things need to be fixed before renting out! It was way over priced for for what you get.

Incredible location, incredible ocean views and sounds

It almost felt like we were on a boat
 The tide comes way up and the balcony is over the water. The sound of the waves 24 seven was very soothing and amazing. The beach is incredible and you can have amazing walks. We loved swimming and just walking down to the beach- it’s so easy to just go down, barefoot and in your swimsuit, and then rinse off as you’re coming back up. Easy walking to Malibu pier and lots of shopping! There is no air conditioning, but you don’t need it as the ocean breeze is super nice. I easy parking and the linens and towels and blankets and shower curtain were brand new and clean
 There is a little bit of updating that they need to do but nothing too drastic at all. They definitely need to update the cooking items and knives, but it sounds like they are doing that. In terms of communication, there wasn’t really any, probably because it is managed by a company. But that was too bad because it would’ve been nice to have a bit more communication. The on-site manager is really great though. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, everything else was shoddy

Right on the beach, which is what we wanted. However, the apartment and complex was shabby and run down. The living room fold out couch was unacceptably uncomfortable, closet doors falling off the tracks, the stairs to the beach were dangerously rotten and unmaintained, hair in the utensil drawer, etc. etc. Not a suitable place for more than two people and not enough seating for relaxing in the living room. Disappointed

Location is the main attraction

If your primary goal is to stay near/on the beach in Malibu for a decent price, then this is the right place for you. Overall there is nothing egregiously bad about this place but almost every aspect about it is fair(except the location). The owner was very responsive to me when checking in. The place itself is very small(we had 2 adults and two small children). I think this is more my fault then the owner as it clearly states the sq ft of the place on the listing - I just want to point it out for people looking to stay here with more than 2 adults. The sofa bed is really only sufficient for small children because of the thinness of the mattress. There are many areas of the apartment that have not been cleaned well or recently. There are many small cosmetic repairs that need to be made and as a result the place feels run-down. All locations outside the apartment(laundry, trash bins, storage area, path down to beach) were rather dirty and unkept. Some indoor area rugs and entry mats would help make the place more comfortable.

Can’t beat this location!

This was our second stay. We love the location. It would be nice to have more seating and seating that was more comfortable. The property is clean and everything was in working order. Angel, the property manager, is on site and available if there are any issues. (We had none.).
