To Note:
There are 2 other units on the property, the main house in the front, and another guest unit in the back of this unit. All are completely private separated by walls and gates but please make sure to stay in areas designated to your unit.
Please keep this mind during your stay, and please respect quiet hours our of respect for the neighbors and other guests staying.
- Checkout time is 11am – our cleaning crew needs sufficient time to clean and get the house ready for the next guests or for the owners. Late checkout requests must be submitted in advance – we do our best to accommodate when possible.
- Operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please feel free to reach out. If your concern is not an emergency, we kindly ask for your patience until the next morning. Please rest assured that any issues will be promptly attended to and resolved the following day. For non-urgent inquiries or concerns, you can also send us a message, and we will get back to you promptly the next day.
- No smoking allowed at any time inside the house and in the patio. If we find any smell or traces of smoke you’ll be subject to a $500 fine.
‱ Jacuzzi use and heating:
 - Jacuzzi use: $50
‱ Jacuzzi/Hot tub rules:
- There are two hot tubs in the property.
 - No pets in the hot tub.
 - Kids must be supervised at all times.
 - Non-potty-trained children must wear waterproof swim diapers.
 - Report any accidents immediately to avoid further damage.
- No drugs.
- Please be careful with furniture, dĂ©cor and house items – some are pieces of design and we will charge for any damage.
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood – we ask our guests to keep noise at reasonable levels and respect quiet hours after 8pm. No exceptions. No amplified sound nor live music.
- Parties are NOT allowed. Breach of this rule will result in $4,000 fine and/or eviction.
- No unregistered/unannounced guests. Presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered breach of the house rules and will result in extra penalty fees from $250 per guest and/or eviction. This is our home and all we ask is to be honest and open about your plans, and communicate with us!
- Filming, Photoshoots and production activities are welcome. Depending on the size and length of the event additional charges may apply. All productions (including small/student projects) must be approved with the host prior to booking. Unauthorized production will result in $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- Although this is a very safe neighborhood, we are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
- If we find any item left behind we do our best to reach out and coordinate for restitution, but we are not responsible for your items.
- When leaving the house during your stay and when checking-out, please make sure to close and lock all the windows and doors, and switch off all the lights.
- Pets are welcome! If you plan on bringing pets please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before check-in as there is a surcharge. Usually it is $35 per pet per stay maximum 2 pets, depending on the type of pet and size.
- Please clean after your pet.
- The gardener comes once a week every Wednesday morning. They have access to the outdoor areas of the property. Guests are not entitled in any way to request extra services or deny them access to the property.

Last minute trip

I started looking at places for my boyfriend and I to stay at in November with our two dogs. Luckily I was able to find this place. On this property there are 2 other houses on the property. Even though there were 2 other houses, we were given a lot of privacy.

Mini vacay

First off, the property is gated. I really love the extra security and privacy it offered to me and my family. Secondly, the spa, bonfire was a huge hit! My dog especially felt comfortable, being able to roam around as needed to stretch her legs out. Overall, I was impressed with the stay and plan to stay again in the near future.
