New Studio Apartment in Larchmont Village

New, modern 1 bedroom apartment with space for 4, located within walking distance of downtown Larchmont Village, major studios and restaurants. This unit is on the 1st floor of a home with a separate entrance and completely locked off from the rest of the owners' house. Completely private, including your own back yard! The unit contains a kitchenette, fridge, 2-burner hot plate, convection microwave, sink, and coffee maker. There is a king in the main room and a full Murphy bed in a private separate space in the den area. There is no designated parking space, but there is usually ample street parking.

DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT NEED TO BE PRE DECLARED AND APPROVED. LA #HSR23-003028.

Was a very cozy and quiet space! Host allowed us to check in early since we arrived to town earlier than initial check in. Easy access, parking available, and the home has everything we needed! Would absolutely stay here again.

Our host was quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was a breeze. I have to say though, the space itself was just awesome! Which a cool design, open with full view to the back patio area. Love the clean feeling with the tile floor throughout. Cooled several meals while there—had everything we needed to do that. The location to Larchmont Village could not have been better. Absolutely 100% recommend this Vrbo! Thank you to our hosts for making our stay so enjoyable!

Wonderful location for visiting family in Larchmont. Walking distance to village and not far from many attractions. Nicely appointed with updated large bathroom, very comfortable bed, quiet surrounding for sleeping with a private backyard. Responsive hosts and easy entry. Small kitchenette, but perfect for my needs. I am looking forward to returning.

Host was very responsive which we appreciated. It was also great to have a separate entrance. Parking wasn’t a big issue and as long as you read the signs, you should be alright. We were initially confused on how to adjust the air but the host shared that it was controlled upstairs so our only wish is that there were temperature controls in the basement that allowed us to adjust whenever we wanted but not a big deal.

The property was perfect for me and my husband. The host was very accommodating and let us park in the driveway during our stay. The neighborhood was nice and not far from downtown. The inside was so impressive. The backyard/patio area was beautiful, perfect for taking pictures or just relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great base from which to explore the area. We regularly visit LA to see family and this is our favorite place to stay. The apartment is comfortable with lots of space and the hosts are great to work with.

Bed was very comfortable. Smelled like it hadn’t had the air on in a while and parking was an absolute nightmare. Even after spending almost an hour looking for a spot, I still needed to park almost a mile in a o park zone and got a ticket. There was no choice. Parking was a nightmare every single time!

A very convenient location for us. My wife's brother lives 5 minutes away in a local neighborhood, so we could actually walk to his house from the Studio Apartment.We were a little confused about how to control the AC, but Justin got right back to us after we inquired. The space was clean and comfortable with a very spacious bathroom and shower and the king size bed was very comfortable too.Only minor suggestions: No salt in the shaker. Couldn't find any sugar. The refrigerator makes a very loud popping noise every 10-15 minutes. The hand soap and dishsoap are super stinky. The coffee filters are not the right size for the coffee maker. There needs to be a light over the kitchen sink.
