Welcome to Wentworth’s Rest. This charming home away from home is ten to fifteen minutes drive to downtown Minneapolis and its many attractions, MSP airport and the Mall of America. It is within walking distance to the many shops, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. A ten minute bike ride will get you to Lake Harriet and access to the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes. The home is equipped with amenities to make your stay comfortable and feel at home, away from home.

The kitchen had what we needed to make meals, including a good variety of seasonings!! That was a pleasant surprise. The bedrooms were clean and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet, close enough to grocery and other necessities. Would definitely stay there again for our next trip if available!

Beautiful house in a great location

The house is in a nice neighborhood and just a short drive away from a fun area with shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the convenience! The stairs are somewhat challenging to navigate, so I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone with mobility concerns. There is one bedroom/bathroom on the main floor that doesn’t require using the stairs.

It was a lovely home with a nice location. The air conditioning was an issue. We would turn the neat down and it would automatically be turned back up after a couple hours. It was very warm in MN too.

Look forward to staying here again!

The location is great, and we enjoyed it! Next time we travel this way, I’ll be checking to see if this house is available! The house has everything you’ll need to be comfortable! Worked well with family, adults and children. I wouldn’t recommend it for two sets of older couples if they can’t handle going up and down steps. Only one bedroom is on the main level, and the stairs can be a little slick. We didn’t have an issue though!

Comfortable home in quiet and convenient neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. Easy access to the airport and the Mall of America. Four bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths, nice kitchen and dining area, living room sitting room and den make it very convenient. Approximately 5 steps down to the lower level where there are two bedrooms and half bath and another 4 to 5 steps down to the basement level where there is a washer and dryer and another bedroom. There are two TVs and Wi-Fi works great. The owner was easy to get ahold of for any questions or issues.

Great little house, walking distance to food

We were able to walk over to get takeout dinners from the pizza and Chinese places nearby, then bring them back to eat in the dining room. Beds were comfortable.

We loved the quiet location and how centrally located this house was to all of the fun. The house itself is beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend this house!

Wedding Visit

Cute bungalow with much more space than you'd imagine from the picture. Well stocked and centrally located with easy access to the freeway, but nestled in a very nice neighborhood. Would recommend it highly and would stay there again.Grandpa, adult daughter and three large teenage grandkids,
