This listing was new built in June 2022 , guest will enjoy your own place, one bedroom a full bathroom ,living room has a brand new AC unit and can set up folding bed. kitchen and laundry with complete your own entrance, a lots out door fun in a big yard, really quiet neighborhood. Best location in A town, shopping and restaurants all around, plus hiking trails, biker loves this location, Kennedy fitness club is walking distance , hop on and off US101 within few mins.

We love staying at Ann and Steve’s lovely guest house at the back of their beautiful acre property. You park right at your own front door! The landscaping is unique, beautiful and lush. The cute 1 bedroom is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood just a few minutes from restaurants, shops and grocery stores in downtown Atascadero. The kitchen is well stocked and the stove is top notch! There’s washer/dryer combination that works very well. The queen size bed is comfortable and all the linens are very nice. It’s our home away from home and could not be more comfortable. We walk on the nearby (25 minutes) beaches daily and enjoy music and festivals at the Sunken Gardens like locals. Our favorite Farmer’s Market is Saturday mornings in nearby Templeton. We have stayed three times and will be back. Thanks Ann and Steve!

Everything you’d need!

We had a great time here! Very quiet and very relaxing. We’d love to stay here again at this hidden gem. My partner and I loved all the amenities and convenience with downtown nearby, grocery stores, gas stations, and so much more! It was clean, comfortable and just absolutely fantastic. We can’t thank you all enough for the amazing stay!

All was as advertised. We had a pleasant experience. But, we had to kill a lot of spiders and clean up some webs from corners.

Unexpected visit

The little cottage we stayed at was very clean and well equipped with all cooking needs and appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the location was only 4 minutes from my son's and close to downtown. The only criticism I have was that the lighting in the main room (kitchen, dining, living) was not bright enough for us older people. I would like to give a special thanks to our host, Ann for permitting a special favor we asked. We never met her so this is the only way I can say Thank You.

Our best yet!

We have used VRBO a few times a year for over 20 years. We stayed for 2 weeks in Ann and Steve’s guesthouse. We were at home the minute we walked in! The home is cute and everything is new and top of the line. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Nice room darkening curtains and an entrance to the bathroom where you will find bath sheets. So nice and welcoming! The kitchen has everything you could need with a stove I would love to have. The washer dryer combination was interesting and works like a charm. We had plenty of room to park just outside our front door. Quiet and safe. Off to the side there are chairs and table on a cute patio. We saw a deer on our last day. You are close to town and all the stores. We particularly loved Moe’s Pizza with locations in Atascadero and Paso Robles. We walked the beaches of Morro Bay, Avila and Pismo. They are all unique with fun shopping areas and restaurants. We love the Central Coast and will always stay at Steve and Ann’s. Thanks guys!
