The house was very clean, it was nice that they had various types of seasoning, appliances, 2 types of coffee pots, outdoor gear they also supplied shampoo,conditioner and dish soap. The also provided games and small throw blankets. We were supercited that the A/C worked great. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms. They also had snacks on the counter.Even though the house was very clean i think they need to checkout their couches we were practically sitting on the floor and the mattress were a bit uncomfortable but the is just cosmetic. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We all enjoyed our time here, just wasn’t long enough. The view from porch was amazing!! It was our first time to the area and it did not disappoint. The whole process from booking to checking out was great. Will definitely go back!!!

Family vacation

The property was nice, i did feel there could have been a few more amenities like cooking pans and plates. If you have a large group you will need more plates or bring paper plates. Outside seating was not good under the house. The beds were comfortable and i didnt feel the pressure to clean before the house cleaner got there. The expectations were you are the guest which was nice. I would return.

Overall, a good experience. Host is responsive to requests immediately. House and rules are organized. Property provides all the necessary essentials, including soaps, shampoos, and washer machine pods. Upon arrival, the ceiling fans in dining room and living room didn’t work and the light fixture over the dining room table had no light bulbs. When we called about the fans, the host immediately responded and was able to send someone during our trip with two standing fans to help. It was hot in some rooms because of the lack of air circulating due to the air filter being clogged with dust. Pictures attached. Plan to return as we still enjoyed our stay and have been before with no problems.

Beautiful view of the Gulf

My wife Jeanette and I stayed at the house for four nights. The house was exactly as described. Spacious, comfortable , clean and quiet. The host, Som, was an excellent communicator. The home is located right on the Gulf. The beach was easy to access from the house. We used the house as a base for easy access to the many birding hotspots in the area. All were within an easy drive. Peveto woods was our favorite since it was a five minute walk from the house. This is a beautiful place to walk and bird. Overall this home easily earns 5 stars and would be our first choice if we return to the area.

On the Gulf

This place is perfect. Quiet neighborhood and it overlooks the gulf. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights so she could visit several of the many birding hotspots that are close by. The home was just as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Som was an excellent host and very good on timely communication. If you are a birder or just like to walk in the woods the Peveto woods park is a 5 min walk from the house. We saw 103 different bird species on this trip. If we ever make this trip again this would 100% be out first choice.

Relaxing and Peaceful

Wonderful little cottage right on the Gulf. Was in a quiet area. The house was well equipped with everything you need. Lots of windows overlooking the water and a very nice porch to sit on and listen to the waves and watch the sunset! Nice and clean and updated and lots of room. Just be sure to stop for groceries on your way as it's a little ways to the grocery store or restaurant. We stopped in Port Arthur for groceries on our way which was about 30 minutes away.

Beautiful gulf front property.

We stayed here so that we could look at some properties in the area that we are looking to purchase. We enjoyed our time there. Very comfortable place. Seem to have all the appliances we needed. Got a nice sunset over the Gulf. The shelling was amazing! We would stay there again.

Nice little beach house

This is a really nice little beach house with a great view. My family and I stayed here for Christmas. The price was very reasonable and they’re pet friendly! Plus the host is a very nice person who helped us when we ran into a local issue. 5/5 Recommend

In front Ireland

Friends and family coming in and out to visit a friend in from Ireland and just relax. The view was awesome. Loved the porch, beach combing, just chilling and visiting. I didn't realize I had such a nice place so close. I will be back for a longer, just relax, stay

The property was nicer than we anticipated. One downside,the dryer wasn’t working and we had jobs we needed to wash clothes daily and hang to dry. Everything was beautiful and relaxing. Needs new pans, maybe stainless:)
