NEWLY RENOVATED HOUSE located in downtown Sandusky, in walking distance to all the great restaurants, shopping, concerts, and ferry boats to Cedar Point, Put-in-Bay and Kelley's Island.  With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining room and large living room, your family and friends will be very comfortable.  
Our perfect getaway house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, large living room, a kitchen with all the conveniences you need, off street parking, and a private yard with patio furniture.

Sleeping Accommodations
Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed with Queen bottom and 2 Fulls on top
Bedroom 3 : Bunk Bed with Full on bottom and 2 Singles on top

All bedding and towels provided.
Full Bathroom located on first floor.
Guests have access to the entire home with private backyard. Driveway provides enough parking for multiple cars and/or boats.
We don't stop at your accommodations! With your rental, you will receive our exclusive Remote CONCIERGE SERVICES, a phone call away, to assist you with scheduling boat excursions, in-home chef (upon request), party bus excursions (i.e. wine tours, pub crawls, family activities) or order a charcuterie board to enjoy during your stay.

Comfy and cozy.

This place was perfect for our family. Perfect area for the ahort drive the the water park. Owners were friendly and answered us promptly. Hughly recommend staying there if you have the chance and will definitely be going back!

It was clean and comfortable. Had a problem with a glass sharp cornered coffee table that property manager quickly removed upon request. Located convenient to downtown area.

overall great

our stay in this home was overall great. we had everything we needed. cozy little house close to the things we needed. communication and check in were super easy. only reason i didn’t give 5 stars was because the house was cool on the bottom floor and a good amount warmer on the top floor. which is to be expected with older homes. thanks for having us!

Nice for the price.

The outside was pretty run down cigarette butts and bottle caps in the backyard. The inside of the house was very clean for the age, you can tell they've done a lot of work to the property.

We recently stayed here for my birthday trip with a group of friends, and while the house was very clean and had potential, it definitely wasn't suited for a group of mostly adults. The listing says it sleeps 9, but that only works if about 7 of those people are under 60 pounds. The triple bunk beds are clearly meant for children—they're super cramped, difficult to climb, and feel unstable. Several of us tried to make it work, but it was uncomfortable and borderline unsafe for adults. This really should be advertised more clearly as a kid-friendly setup, not ideal for grown-ups.The kitchen layout was also odd. The fridge was tucked away in a pantry, and the stove wasn’t connected to the main kitchen space, which made cooking together more awkward than it needed to be.That said, the house was very clean and well-maintained. If you’re traveling with kids, it might be a good fit. But for a group of adults looking for comfortable sleeping arrangements, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
