Escape for the weekend to this serene, beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat just seconds from the shores of Sandusky Bay. Direct fishing access is available through the local bar at the end of the street for a small fee ($5). The property can accommodate up to 4 trucks with fishing boats. Thoughtfully designed and fully furnished, this spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests—perfect for family getaways, friend reunions, or a relaxing retreat.

Unwind under the stars in the new 6-person hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire ring, or cozy up by one of two fireplaces—a gas fireplace in the sun-drenched sunroom and a classic wood-burning fireplace in the living room. (Firewood is provided free of charge for your convenience.) For entertainment, enjoy an Xbox with a collection of games, making downtime just as fun as your adventures out and about.

Location is everything, and this home delivers. You’re within 15 minutes of Cedar Point, Cedar Point Sports Force Park, and the Port Clinton ferries to Kelleys Island, Put-in-Bay, and Middle Bass Island. A local tavern sits just a block away, and a nearby market is only five miles down the road—close enough for convenience, far enough for peace and quiet.

✹ Update: Exciting new features and improvements are currently underway and will not affect existing reservations or future rates. Updated photos are coming soon. One of those exciting features is an all new six person hot tub and patio area. At this time the hot tub will not be available at this property until February 13, just in time for Valentine’s Day 💝

The place was very nice and close to all the fun places in Sandusky. We enjoyed the hot tub and the host was great with communication. Theres also a bar / restaurant within walking distance from the place. We had a great time here! Thanks for having us!

Very nice house in a nice quiet area but still close to Sandusky. We enjoyed the hot tub, and other amenities such as Xbox and board games. Would definitely recommend, it was so much better for our family than staying in separate hotel rooms.

Dance Competition Home

This place was perfect. Thousands of families come to Sandusky for Nextstar NAtionals and this place is by far one of the best. The commute to the convention center was short. The accomodations were perfect for a family of 5 with a dog. Everything was provided and the host was responsive and professional. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely Quiet Retreat

The property was wonderful. We wanted a quiet retreat after spending the day at Cedar Point, and this property was perfect! Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and eating at the bar & grill on the marina.

Our stay in Vickery was fantastic! Preston was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. The space was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was Rum Runner Cove—such a fun spot with great staff and a perfect atmosphere right on the water. Just walking distance. We loved the peaceful vibe of the area and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Preston’s place if you’re visiting the Sandusky area.

Gorgeous scenery of water views of the Sandusky bay, quite location, breathtaking walks and views of wildlife in the area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property is located outside of the big city, which means no hearing/waking up to trains, planes, vehicles, loud music, etc. The neighborhood and property is secure and safe. This property may not be total waterfront, but the views within literally two minutes to the bay is spectacular, along with the little diner that is open all year round with a liquor license. This little “big” cottage will have you turning every corner with surprise and awe.
