The room was very clean upon check in! Views from the balcony and amenities were very good! A court and the on site restaurant were closed for maintenance, but nothing that could be helped by the host. We had a small maintenance issue our first day that did not effect our trip, but response was fast and it was taken care of almost without us even noticing! Very well managed property and we will plan to book again in the future!

Jackie is an excellent host; she responded to my questions in a timely manner. There were a couple of minor items that needed attention and they were addressed quite promptly. This was just the right place for us to getaway for our first visit to Alabama. The balcony views were delightful - when we weren't on the beach or exploring a nearby trail, we were on the balcony, soaking up the view with the gentle sea breeze. There is some additional paperwork that goes with a stay here, but it is quick and easy to complete. The unit is on the 5th floor of a six floor building. Note that only one of the pools is open for an April stay - this was not an issue for us as we prefer to sink our toes into the sand! We would recommend a stay here!

Such a beautiful condo on beautifully well maintained property. The gulf view was amazing and there were plenty of amenities on-site. Perfect getaway to celebrate 25 years of marriage and becoming empty nesters. Great view, easy access to the beach. Have stayed in this complex before and this condo had the easiest and best check in and check out process. Small enough for 2, large enough for 6 in my opinion
