First floor Condo Yee, at Nautical area of Villa 5 in Nuevo Vallarta and next to Ocho Tostadas restaurant. Bright, colorful, well furnished modern apartment 1 bedroom & small bedchamber with two full bathrooms, full kitchen, A/C, T.V.,spacious living & dining room area, balcony,parking space, Elevator.surrounded by fine restaurants, grocery stores, 15 minutes driving to the airport, 10 minutes from San Javier Hospital.

The space
Our main Bedroom is cozy with a full bed and a full bathroom. We have a second room with a full laundry machine and can be used for a third guest. Both guestrooms have closets. A second full bathroom in a hallway. Our Kitchen count with a full stove burner and an oven ready to be used.Dishes and glasses and other utensils can be found inside cabinets. Two really nice tables and chairs. we recommend our balcony in the mornings or evening. Fan cealings are quiet with dim lights. Condo Yee is very fresh and sometimes no need to use the A/C. Both A/C and fan ceilings have a remote control and you will find them in their cases attached to walls. T.V. is inside the big furniture cabin in the living room. We want to make sure you enjoy the space as much as possible. If you have other questions about it please let us know.
It is important to know that the air conditioner in the room is portable, one ton capacity and you have to bring it to the window, connect it to the electricity and (it is not a dehumidifier) you can not put anything on it.
If the rents are for a vacation term (a couple of days), the small study will not be enabled (photo with orange sofa) and a part of the cupboard will be with a pantry. We ask you to take care of the electricity, the rent only has a minimum consumption per stay.
Guest access
The building is a 6 store unit. please remember we are nest to Ocho Tostadas restaurant in case you arrive on a Taxi or in a car. Condo Yee on the first floor or second floor, depending on your own particular view. Next, to the parking site, you can simply access our unit climbing the stairs using the main building entrance. Condo Yee is the very first apartment on the right side.The Building itself has a limited park space, but rather there are two more spaces that belong to all the owners or else there's free parking around the area.
Other things to note
Well right now after a Year of having a full year rental in our condo, Paola and me ( Carlos). We both decided to reopen this unit in Nuevo Vallarta due to demand and after having a talk we both decide to reactivate it back with Airbnb.
We consider is a great moment for us as host since there's a Marina nearby and lost of restaurants, etc. as we mentioned here in our profile.
We are updating and planning to add more attractions that can satisfy the attention of our guest since we are in a residential-resort area, we are sure we can always make the best of your stay is according to what you look for.
BEACH CLUB UPDATE: pool IS $ 21 pesos all day. tennis court $ 65 pesos 1 hour. parking $ 26 pesos per day and palapas rent $ 94 pesos palapa 2 chairs 1 bunk for the whole day by the beach pool is $ 21 pesos all day,$ 94 pesos 2 chairs 1 bunk for the whole day by the beach. We will keep updates about other places to go near to a beach.
