We had a great stay here. Really liked the property and the surrounding area. Great for young kids. Loved all the extra pool and beach toys available. I would definitely recommend.

Relaxing stay

We had a fantastic stay that we were able to extend due to availability. We would recommend staying here as the hosts were helpful, the staff friendly and the location and scenery amazing. We hope to come back and stay one day again soon.

This property was amazing! Everything from the location, view, amenities, pool, and proximity to the ocean. Had a fantastic time staying at Laureano’s place. Appreciated the quick responses when we needed assistance. Highly recommend, would love to stay again.

Great for quiet or older folks

The condo is a bit far from everything except the beach so I recommend renting bikes to get around. The beach is lovely, clean, and popular. I will definitely be coming back.

NV Getaway

Had a great time at this condo. Location is amazing, right on the beach and the pool was very warm with a great view. Unit was exactly as advertised. Several great restaurants nearby and the walking/biking path on the main boulevard is super handy for a run, ride or evening walk. The main grocery store is about a 30 minute walk, but I enjoyed that. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent view, pool and location. Rented bikes to get around the town. Property and furnishings quite dated. The bathroom really needs renovating especially grout and shower drainage.

Sensational Sunsets!

The view is outstanding! Facing the ocean & the pool, you'll get a different sunset every night. Ideal unit for 2 people, in a quiet location and as advertised. Our hostess immediately addressed any concern we had, she is wonderful. You'll be wise to get the inexpensive Uber rides to everywhere you want to go, as we recommend you visit the Sunday Market at La Cruz, the Thursday evening Art Walk in Bucerias, and enjoy a day in Sayulita - complete with the famous tacos at Mary's. Thank you for a great stay, we would return :)

Great condo directly overlooking the beach

The condo was very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything was working fine and the kitchen was excellent stocked with different sizes pans, pots, dishes, different types of plates, cups, plenty of cutlery, full size fridge, 5 burner gas stove, baking oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, nespresso machine and a water cooler. There were plenty of sand toys, shovels, two beach chairs, bodyboard and other beach gear. The condo has a very large balcony which overlooks the pool and the beach. The condo complex is well maintained, secured and the onsite staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We had a minor issue with the Internet connection which was addressed and fixed within less than an hour. The pools were heated and very maintained. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the saltwater and sand when coming back from the beach. Laureano was very responsive and answered all our questions immediately. My family and I had a great time at his condo and we would definitely rent this place again.

Tired condo

I agree with all the reviews of this property that praise the view, location,and staff of Kite towers. It is just unfortunate that the photos are old, so the furniture, like chairs, table, and sofa are well used. The sheets on the bed had holes worn through. The TV needed to be replaced as the old one did not work. There is a large unfinished repair in the bathroom ceiling, no fan. We cleaned pictures, washing machine and dryer, dishes, blender. There is no exhaust fan by the stove, so all the cooking grease covers everything. The safe is not secured in anyway. The kitchen could be better equipped. We unfortunately had to clean things before we would use them. Patricia tried to help as much as she could and we appreciated that. It just felt like the owner rented this unit and didn’t care how the guests experienced it.

Im sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We do care very much how guests experience our condo. We actually tried to fix every issue you exposed to us as soon as possible. Unfortunately yes there was a leak from the upstairs condo. Something we didn't predict and tried to fix it. I didn't know the maintenance people took out the exhaust. If we would of known we would of fix it earlier. Also, tv broke and it was not old at all. We didn't predict that to happen either. We bought a new tv as soon as possible. We are doing everything we have so our guests have the best experience possible. Thank you for your review!

Great location but needs some updating

We stayed in the unit from March 30 to April 13, 2023. This condo is at the quieter end of Neuvo, away from the big hotels. There are only a couple of restaurants in the immediate area and about a 15-20 minute walk to more. We used Uber to get to La Comer for groceries. The complex is fantastic. It is well run and maintained with 24 hour security. It has a beautiful pool and it's right on the beach. The unit itself is on the 2nd floor and overlooks the pool/beach. It does have a shared balcony, as most of the units seem to have. It's a small condo, perfect for 2 people. However, it is in need of a little TLC. The bathroom towels were stained and had holes in them. The bedroom linens were stained and worn, as well as the pillows (which smelled). The kitchen linens needed to be replaced as well. The couch is worn as well. I did have to do some cleaning when I arrived. The blender was very dirty and didn't work. As well, the toilet flusher broke on our first morning and my husband spent some time getting it to work, but it ran the whole time we were there. I would definitely stay here again, but only if some updates were made.

Wonderful stay in Nuevo on the beach!

Kite Towers is a beautiful and well-maintained property on the beach in Nuevo. The staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds and property are in great shape and very well-maintained, the location is right on the beach with incredible views of sunsets, and the pool facilities are clean and quiet. The property is in a residential area in between all-inclusive hotels, so there is not alot in terms of restaurants and shops nearby. However, groceries are just a 5 to 15 minute Uber or taxi ride away and we had no trouble obtaining either. It is a quiet area so nice to sleep at night with the sounds of the waves on the shore and feels very safe - the staff keep a close watch on things. The apartment itself is one of the smallest in the complex - most are 2 or 3 bedroom with expansive balconies, but it is great to have a smaller unit for a smaller group of people travelling together. We were 2 adults and our 4 friends were staying in the other tower, but the complex was not busy and the staff let us use the other tower's pool so we could be with our friends. Just know that this is frowned upon as they prefer that guests and residents use the pool for their assigned tower. The unit itself is compact but had all the basics including an oven and microwave, blender and coffee press, so we could make meals in the kitchen with a view towards the beach. There is no BBQ on the deck but there is a shared BBQ by the pool. The patio is small and shared but we never saw our neighbours. The unit has a very comfortable bed which is not always the case in Mexico and the linens were clean. The shower had good pressure. We could have used a few more towels for our stay but there was laundry in suite if needed. If you are traveling with small children, the pull out couch looked comfortable and there were lots of beach toys and boogie boards and other beach items in the closets. We would definitely stay in Kite Towers again and would love to have a larger unit with a spectacular balcony, but have no complaints about our compact unit facing the ocean for the week we stayed!

Endroit agréable

Le condo est petit mais confortable; il est bien équipé: cuisinière, four, frigo, laveuse et sécheuse. Endroit paisible, parfait pour un couple. Le propriétaire répond vite à nos demandes. Les employés du Kite sont sympathiques. Nous allons sûrement y retourner.

Kite Towers

We have just been back from our three weeks stay in this apartment with a superb view of the beach, ocean, and swimming pools. Our host Laureano was a excellent host and responded rapidly to all of our communications with her and quickly fixed our problems with Vrbo. She is a gracious woman and host. The condo staff and upkeep was also very good. The condo was as described. There is also a small friendly beach side bar and snacks next-door to the condo complex. Wonderful location.

The location is fantastic and the communication with the owners is equal. The staff were so helpful and friendly and assisted us whenever we needed something. The pool is lovely with easy access to the beach. We will look forward to coming back.

Good Value

Beachfront property with a great view. Infinity pool with perfect water temperature and comfortable lounge chairs. Unit could have been cleaner and the shower has flat spots that hinder proper draining, but otherwise well worth the rental price. Appliances appear new and the kitchen is adequately equipped. Air conditioning units work well and the living room and bedroom have ceiling fans. There’s only two pool towels. The Paradise Village Shopping Center is a 25 minute walk, Nick San and D Stock restaurants are about a 10 minute walk. We took taxi’s to all the other restaurants and the fares ran $6 to $10 (USD) round trip. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
