Totally renovated 1875 farmhouse boasts the best of historic charm and modern living - exposed posts and beams, wide plank floors, central A/C, new kitchen and bathrooms, and all new appliances. Enjoy a private outdoor space in the back of the home with a covered deck overlooking a spacious, well-maintained yard. Very few reservations left for 2025 season at Cooperstown Dreams Park!

We had an amazing stay in Cooperstown, and absolutely loved this sweet house. The charm of the farmhouse paired with all the necessary amenities was just perfection. The boys loved the monopoly table in the front room! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything that we needed! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Perfect spot for a Cooperstown Dreams Park Trip

Beautiful house in a perfect location to enjoy downtown Cooperstown, Ostego Lake and Cooperstown Dreams Park. House looks small from road, but beautifully redone inside with lots of space for our family of 4 staying there. Highly recommend for any families needing a nearby place for Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament.

We stayed here Week 1 for Dreams Park. It was perfect! The house was so great. The location was so great. We needed both the heat and the AC during our week and both worked great. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. Definitely recommend!!!

Impressive! The restored farm house was even better than described. It had everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen, to the flat top grill, multiple relaxing spaces, plenty of beds, and the super convenient location to Dreams Park. Caroline was quick to respond to questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience!!

This property was gorgeous! It was very spacious, it had 2 different living rooms to relax in and it was very clean. Highly recommend for a family attending games at either Dreams Park or All Star Village.

Charming house

We had a wonderful stay in this farmhouse in Cooperstown. It was clean, cozy, comfortable and a great set-up for our family of 6 plus a grandpa! It was a rainy weekend, and this house was the perfect place to hang out and play games with the family after spending the days at the Hall of Fame and in town.

Absolutely loved our stay here. If going to Dreams Park location is perfect - close and convenient. Communication with owner was great - quick response to any questions we had. House was well equipped and clean. Home has lots of character and owners did a great job updating it. Would definitely book again!

We had a great stay. The home is large and inviting. Plenty of common area space to hang. Everything was clean. All up to date appliances, etc. The host communicated before and was very flexible.I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this property!!! It’s centrally located to Cooperstown. We were in town for the induction ceremony & it was so nice to have a house. The historic charm is so cool. The rooms were all really comfortable with plenty of storage so we could unpack. The fans in the upstairs bedrooms were great topics some white noise. Our son loved the backyard & the covered patio is great. Caroline was so responsive & helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back! Thank you!!!

Home away from home

Fast responses, easy check in, the pack and play was set up for our little one, very clean, and lots of little details made it feel like home. On a busy street but easy to turn around and close to downtown. The second floor bedrooms get warm but the fans and an open window made it comfortable. Loved the big dinning table and open living room/kitchen- a great space to spend time with family. We’ll be back.

Comfortable stay in Cooperstown, NY

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, historic farmhouse which had all the modern conveniences of home! Working with Caroline was a pleasure who promptly responded to questions before, during and after our stay. The location to both downtown Cooperstown and Dreams Park plus nearby eateries was very convenient. With the hot days spent at the ballpark, the central a/c was a lifesaver! We are looking forward to future stays in the summers ahead.

Cooperstown 2024

The house was very well appointed and very clean. We had four adults and our 15yr old grandson staying with us and there was plenty of room. My younger grandson was in a tournament at Dreams Field and the location was perfect, between Dreams Field and Cooperstown.

Perfect property for Dreams park

Everything was perfect! we loved the location as we could easily go back and forth between games at the Dreams Park. It was also convenient to go to Cooperstown and many area restaurants and attractions. It was nice to be able to grill and have some meals at home and not out. There was plenty of room in the house to relax. We loved the amenities and the character of the house and would definitely recommend it to others

Excellent, clean, comfortable house close to Dreams Park~

We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect spot! The home is well cared for, clean, newly renovated, and has every amenity you could ask for! The home has a beautiful backyard and deck which we enjoyed when it wasn't too hot. The home is very well cared for and the decor is a modern farm house, with of course baseball themes mixed in! The A/C and fans in every room were perfect to come home to after many hot games. The location was perfect for going into town or heading to Dreams Park. The host was wonderful to work with and very attentive to any questions. We would highly recommend this to any friends or family visiting Cooperstown! 10/10!!!
