The Cozy and Quaint Duplex in Point
Recently updated! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom duplex. Easy access to everything Stevens Point has to offer! Fully furnished and outfitted for your short term housing needs. Comes complete with an attached garage and plenty of parking space
Pet Friendly: please inquire
Two full bedrooms outfitted with comfortable queen size beds. A living room for relaxing, and a full kitchen that comes with all the amenities for cooking meals.
Guests will have access to the entire side of a duplex including the yard and garage. Lots of room in the garage for storage if needed.
-Guests will be required to provide an email and will be sent a rental agreement upon booking that will need to be signed and returned within 6 hours to confirm booking.
-Guests will sign up for Rhino Insurance or pay a security deposit
-Guests will provide a photo ID
-up to 2 pets allowed depending on type, breed, size, etc.

I'm not quite certain why you gave us 4 star review barb, as we we checked in multiple times during your stay to ensure everything was satisfactory and addressed any requests or issues you brought up. In addition we were entirely flexible on the dates and you changed your stay at least four different times with us before finalizing the stay..
