Two full bedrooms outfitted with comfortable queen size beds. A living room for relaxing, and a full kitchen that comes with all the amenities for cooking meals.

Guests will have access to the entire side of a duplex including the yard and garage. Lots of room in the garage for storage if needed.
-Guests will be required to provide an email and will be sent a rental agreement upon booking that will need to be signed and returned within 6 hours to confirm booking.
-Guests will sign up for Rhino Insurance or pay a security deposit
-Guests will provide a photo ID
-up to 2 pets allowed depending on type, breed, size, etc.
