About this space:
Renovated 1930's home located in the historic downtown district within walking distance of breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, trails, parks, shopping, dining, Kohler Art Museum, Children's Museum and more! You will enjoy the 1200 square foot, two bedroom renovated upper unit of this historic home. Great care was taken to keep the old world charm. We know you will enjoy our "Blast from the Past" as you play records, tapes, and cd's. Send inquiry on big discounts on stays ore than 2 days!

The space:
Our home boasts a boiler heat system
The major benefit to the traveler is that it's much less drying during winter months. We also include a one car garage with opener and keypad. Electronic locks for super easy access also!

Guest access:
You will have access to entire upstairs apartment including upper deck, one car garage, and washer/dryer in the basement.

Other things to note:
Dogs are okay with an additional one-time $100 fee and advance notice. No cats please.

Awesome location and property, great host!

Well appointed and conveniently located. Everything was logical, host was super accommodating and helpful, and the property was super! Garage access was a huge plus as well! Will reserve again!

Great stay!!

We have family in town and stayed 3 nights. The place was cozy and welcoming. The mattresses are very comfy and the kitchen is nicely equipped. The decorating is tasteful and the radiators are so fun to see again. Nice bathroom and shower. Very enjoyable!!

Great place in great location

Spent the weekend to be close to the P1 Offshore boat races. Not only was the place super adorable and well kept, it was in the perfect location to all the boat events. So close to downtown, restaurants and marina. Marty is an exceptional host and was quick to answer any questions I had.Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to check out beautiful Sheboygan and all it has to offer!

Marty has always loved the old world charm of homes built in the past 100 years or more. We have renovated most of the property while keeping the charm and look of the original home.

Sheboygan is the cleanest, friendliest town with breathtaking lakefront views. You can literally walk to everything from this historic neighborhood. Only one block to Sheboygan Riverwalk, 3 blocks to Lake Michigan, and 2 blocks to restaurants, shopping, and Kohler Art Museum. Also so safe as our home is located across the street from the police station.
