Could not ask for a better location in Greenpoint! Within steps of great restaurants, parks, shops and the subway. Clean, spacious (for NY) and as advertised. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Washer/dryer was super helpful to have in the space. Would stay again.

Brooklyn wedding

The apartment is exactly as described! Very clean. Perfect location. Close to grocery stores and liquor stores. It is a bit noisy from outside noise, but what place isn’t in New York? So bring some ear plugs. Definitely worth the rental price!! We could not have been any happier with this rental!

Greenpoint a good location

The apartment is a great base for Brooklyn and Manhattan. It has everything you need and has lots of local amenities. The area is lively and so the front bedrooms are a bit more noisy but for us this was fine for our older teenagers. The back bedroom is quiet. Good restaurants, delis, bars all in walking distance. The owner was very helpful.

Excellent stay! Would recommend!

This Vrbo was an absolute delight. We loved staying here in this residence and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in New York. Residence is right around the corner to the G train which connects to you to any of the main trains. Around are many shops, delis, coffee shops to buy from so you never go in need. Place was beautifully set up. Great amenities available to you as well within the place. Host was also very responsive with some questions we had. Overall, we had a great stay and will be back for our next New York stay!

Beautiful home away from home!

Overall this is a very modern and stylish property in a fantastic location with every amenity we needed to make for a comfortable and safe trip to NYC. The host was available for any questions and recommendations and we look forward to returning!
