While the city is known for its abundance of natural hot springs, you won't have to travel further than your own backyard oasis for spa-like pampering with private features including an in-ground spa, a pool, an outdoor lounge, and a partially covered dining area complete with a gas grill. A play set in the garden-like side lawn offers a space for younger guests to enjoy some outdoor fun. If you do want to venture out beyond the home, you'll find yourself within easy reach of a variety of hot spring soaking opportunities, along with local attractions like Cabot's Pueblo Museum (1.3 mi.). Groceries shopping, and dining options can be found along Palm Drive. Joshua Tree National Park is only 30 miles away. Spend evenings around the backyard firepit or gathered in front of the living room fireplace, streaming shows and movies on the smart TV.

Home essentials include a well-appointed full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
