Summary:

Indulge in our newly renovated and modernized 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 2 story suburban farm home in a mature, Spokane Valley neighborhood. This welcoming retreat features a handicap-friendly first floor, offering easy access for all. Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, a rec room with a ping pong table, and a private patio to relax outside. Conveniently located in the historic Millwood area of Spokane Valley!



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire home and yard.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, Mature neighborhood.



Getting Around:

-Access to I-90 is 1.6 Miles (5 minutes)

-Silverwood is 33 Miles away (43 minutes)

-Spokane Valley Mall 6 Miles (15 minutes)

-Downtown Spokane 9 Miles (20 minutes)

-Downtown Coeur d'Alene 27 Miles (40 minutes)

-Spokane International Airport 15 Miles (30 minutes)

-The Hub Sports Center 8 Miles (15 minutes)

-Plantes Ferry Sports Complex 2 Miles (5 minutes)



Other Things to Note:

-The neighboring property is currently under development. Construction is typically Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4 PM but can vary. Construction noise typically cannot be heard in the home unless the windows are open. (Home has heat and AC). I don't anticipate this development to be an issue but want all my guests to be aware.

-The home contains a handicap accessible main floor including: Ramp to enter the home (must cross gravel to access ramp), a handicap shower, lowered beds, wide entry to living room and kitchen area, and access to back patio.

-Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and serve food.

-High Speed WiFi ready to handle up to 12 guests.

-Rec Room contains a ping pong table



Interaction with Guests:

We are available for normal contact between 8am and 9pm, but always available by phone for emergencies.

Great place to stay near green Bluff

Check in made easy Beautiful home lots of space Owner took time to make it children/ baby friendly with highchair, pack n play, and sound machine in every bedroom.

Birthday Celebration

Booked a stay in Spokane with the family to celebrate a couple birthdays. Had tickets to see Hamilton. Location super close to all amenities. Host had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. House comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults with room for more if needed. Would highly recommend.

Great roomy house

Roomy house was great for our group of 6. One of the group has mobility issues and the home was great for her as it was handicap accessible. It was in a quiet neighborhhod, but close to things to do.

Gonzaga Graduation

This location was fairly convenient to get to and from Gonzaga by taking the roads along the river. There was not much traffic on these roads and going out to the highway would have been harder. The neighborhood was nice. The property was very clean and easy to find and had everything needed. The living area was open and conducive to family conversation, etc. The back yard was not anything too great but we did not use the BBQ or need to outside.

Thankful Thanksgiving

This was one of the nicest and best equipped properties we’ve ever stayed at. The management thought of everything! The house is stylish with accommodations made for families with infants all the way to wheelchair accessible needs. Clean, comfortable, and spacious! We’d definitely stay here again!

Cute and cozy!

We came from California to meet our family we haven’t seen in years, and it was located in a cute quiet neighborhood. The house was decorated so cute and very up to date it was so clean and child proof friendly. The house came with the basic essentials and plenty of space for our large group. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Nicely Renovated with lots of beds.

Property worked great for us. The fact that there are 7 beds made this property work perfect. We had 7 guys staying here so noone had to cuddle. There is a BBQ out back, so we were able to have a nice dinner. The host is responsive, and there is plenty of parking. parking out front.

Our stay in Spokane

Nice house, comfortable beds. The cleaning could be better. Found "hair" on floor many places (long women's hair". Countertops and appliances covered in a greasy , dirty film. Who ever cleaned the house needs to know how to use a "clean" rag....Also, house owner didn't tell us that the whole neighborhood is under constructuon, all sides around the house. All I got from the owner was a "oh, by the way, there's a little construction in the neighborhood.". More like 6 new homes being constructed.

Great place for family

First off from the outside it looks like it is a small house, but once inside it is spacious and roomy. The house is set up to endure kids running around. Not much carpet, so the cleaning is easier. Kitchen is well stocked. The ping pong table is a bonus, and shows how the size of the house. Shopping for food (Safeway, and Yokes markets are close). Close to the freeway to get anywhere you need to go. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one of them is a master with king size bed and a spacious bathroom with sort of a walk in closet, very workable. The other room has a queen bed. Each room has a white noise masker. Upstairs is a another bathroom (3 Bathrooms downstairs), with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has two trundle beds. The only real issue is that it was hard to utilize all 4 trundles in the current configuration. We moved one trundle to the room with the queen bed. The stairway up to the second floor is very narrow, not made for someone that may be weak or large. Kids will love it. There is a small backyard with a grill. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We were were two sets of parents, and 8 kids, but no more than 6 stayed at one time. the big plus for us was all the bathrooms (4).
