My wife and I spent 4+ years building this home. It is the ONLY Lakefront home in the development. Our saying to all renters , " You may see 3 people your entire stay but most likely it is the same person walking around the lake 3 times. " We truly feel you will have special Vacation memories here. This development has a club house , pool , playground , and more. It is close to shops and restaurants. We hope some day you get to enjoy this magnificent Lake House we built from the ground up with our own hands. It is the only Lakefront home in 2 developments. Close to everything from golf to hiking to canoeing to skiing , and so much more. Technically , it is a 5 bedroom home but one bedroom has 3 full Arcade machines for the kids ( but the Dads seem to like it more ) and a small single pull-out loveseat bed. Also , Nature will visit you hear like deer , turkey , many birds , chipmunks , herons , and rarely black bear. We are very flexible with early check-in and late check-out ( most of the time FREE ). Our home site has alot more pictures that we could not download here on VRBO. A full working kitchen , breakfast nook , and a large dining area for a good sized group. Cozy up to the Wood stove or even an outdoor fire pit located steps from the property. Canoes and fishing equipment is provided along with a hammock to relax in and even a horse shoe pit for the kids to play. This home has everything from start to finish during your stay. There is no a/c because it is always 15 degrees cooler being on the lake and secluded with large trees shade. On occasion we allow pets. In fact , very often renters ask how to turn off the a/c when there is none........it is that cool even during the hot summer months. We built this home and adore it with all our heart....we know you will too. There is a reason we have over 100 repeat renters. We hope you will be too.
