Grand chalet rustique moderne au bord de la plage sur 1 acre près des stations de ski et parc aquatique

Très spacieuse maison construite sur mesure avec la climatisation centrale sur un triple lot. Un acre de terre transformé en un parc avec une cheminée, un hamac et des zones de bronzage.
Niché dans les bois, à quelques pas d'une plage de sable blanc.

2 stations de ski prisées dans un rayon de 5 à 6 km en font un lieu de séjour idéal en hiver. Et avec l’accès au lac de l’autre côté de la rue, c’est l’endroit idéal pour passer l’été. Viens, reste, détends-toi et profite!
Le spacieux A Frame offre un sentiment de confort serein et ZEN pour les couples, les amis et les familles. Le design de la maison offre une ambiance rustique moderne et décontractée. La vie privée, le cadre naturel et le lac vous éloignent du quotidien. Donnez-lui quelques heures et vous apprécierez sûrement la beauté de ce «petit coin de paradis». Un grand mur de fenêtres fournit la toile de fond de votre séjour.
Vous êtes juste à côté de notre plage communautaire, des lacs et des terrains de jeux. Nagez, prenez un bain de soleil, profitez d'un pique-nique à la plage ou essayez d'attraper un poisson! Terrain de baseball herbeux, terrain de volleyball sur sable et petit terrain de basketball, tous situés juste à côté de la plage.
Promenez-vous autour du lac et ramassez les bleuets sauvages en août, les champignons en septembre et les canneberges en octobre-novembre. Que vous aimiez faire des promenades motorisées ou courir quelques kilomètres chaque matin, vous ne serez pas à côté d'un autre «monstre du fitness» à moins que vous n'emmeniez votre propre compagnie.

Wonderful place!

Thanksgiving at the Pocons

We were a group of 6 adults and 7 children, we had a lot of fun even though it was very cold outside we couldn't get enough of the indoor options and the hot-tub! kids love playing around and making smores at the firepit.

Amazing weekend in the Poconos!

The perfect place for a weekend away with a group of friends. We golfed at nearby Jack Frost National, and the proximity could not have been better. The property itself is beautiful and stands out among the other houses in the neighborhood. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our larger group. We will be back!

Fun for All

Fantastic family event with a good time had by all. We enjoyed the lovely, spacious home with all of the amenities. The outside grounds were very well manicured - the hot tub and fire pit were a plus. Kids really enjoyed the beach area. Easy to navigate the water with the beach devices provided. Would absolutely recommend for a relaxing get-away. Masha is an excellent hostess who is very attentive to your requests.

My friends and I had a great long weekend in the Poconos. The house was large and spacious, with a lot of options for activities. The house could have been a bit cleaner, but the overall experience was good.

Weekend Birthday Getaway!

Let me just say, if you are on the fence about renting this property, stop thinking and just book it! My girlfriend and I and a group of 8 other people stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway and it was everything and more we wanted! Masha the host was the most accommodating host I have dealt with and everything was perfect! From the pool table, to the hot tub, to the fire pit, everything was so cozy and we all had such a good time! The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed and the bedrooms had all the linens needed as well. We went mid December and can not wait to come back in the summer! 5 out of 5 stars!

Pocono's Most Luxurious Hot Tub; Amazing Winter'23 Experience

The homeowner, Masha, did above & beyond for myself and friends to make our stay more than excellent this winter. The amenities provided at her home, emails received with local food places, and things to do, along with the beautiful lake and park around the block were absolutely outstanding. There are simply not enough words to say on how amazing this experience was and how YOU NEED TO JUST BOOK! Trust me. Stop looking, and book. Clean house, linens, provides toiletries, amazing amenities to use, updated appliances, forgot a toothbrush? No worries! She has everything ready for you!! More than you think a hotel would even have. I even brought my own coffee machine because I didn't know what to expect, but didn't need it - she had THREE options for making coffee in the morning!!!! THANK YOU MASHA!! Looking forward to our next stay!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It is located on a quiet street, had an abundant of beds/bed rooms, and more than enough space for almost a dozen people to not feel cramped. The house, especially the bathrooms were clean, and filled with fresh/never opened knick knacks that friends may have forgotten to bring. Our hosts were readily available to answer any questions we had leading up to, or during our stay. One piece of advice to guests. We were always able to get an Uber where we were going, but wait times can be long, prepare for such in advance!! Thank you!

My sister's bachelorette party

I rented this house for my sisters bachelorette weekend. This ended up being the perfect house for a large group of girls. The house is gorgeous and spacious with so much to do. The hosts are quick to respond with any questions and are extremely helpful. They supply you with everything you need at the house. The private lake was amazing and we enjoyed using the paddle boat to cruise around the lake. I highly recommend staying here. My whole group had a blast.

Excellent All Around

The property is exactly as advertised (it lives up to the gorgeous photos!). It is well-maintained, full of amenities and entertainments, and perfectly suited for a reunion of friends, bachelor party, or other get together. The thing that truly sets this property apart, however, is the attentiveness and responsiveness of the host. Masha is wonderful and goes out of her way to make every phase of the rental process run smoothly. Check-in and check-out were easy, with flexible arrival and departure times to meet the group's needs. Masha thoroughly inspected the property before the group's arrival to make sure that everything was ready for the visit, leaving a gift for the guest of honor and offering courtesy firewood for the fire pit. Later, she even found a wallet that one guest had lost outside the property and mailed it back free of charge. I cannot recommend this property enough. 5 stars!

Oneof the BEST houses in Poconos! Property that feels like your private mini resort - 10/10!

This was the second time my group and I booked Masha’s home because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Black Bear House was one of, if not the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. The place is absolutely stunning. The pictures look great, but it doesn't do justice compared to in person! The interior is beautiful with high ceilings and our group really appreciated the large open area for everyone to hang out. The layout is perfect and we loved the room set up and appreciated the linens and amenities provided! Oversized wrap around deck with many seating areas. Outdoor area is simply amazing: HUGE lawn that we utilized as our cricket field and our croquet field and our soccer field etc. Almost forgot the best part - we were allowed to put a TENT for our teens to sleep at. The fire pit is a great spot to sit and relax at night or really any time! The instructions were simple yet detailed. Every question we had along the way Masha was quick to respond and was always a pleasure to speak with. The location is also close to several hiking spots that we enjoyed! We couldn't have asked for a better location, we had privacy but was also convenient if we needed to go to the store. Overall a great experience. 10/10! Would definitely book again!

After accidentally renting this home for a week-end with friends we fell in love with it's original unique features as well as we loved the quietness and the beauty of the area.
Living in Manhattan (NY) we were really looking forward to own a second home in such a private, secluded and very peaceful place like our Pocono Mountain Lakes community.
This 'one of a kind property' was not on a market when we discovered it therefore we felt super lucky once the owner agreed on selling it to us. House is absolutely stunning in person:-)

Having lots of privacy while being just minutes away from all of Lake Harmony's attractions. Also we are blessed by having a beautiful white sandy beach just steps away fro our property. The very best part is that during the hot summer weeks, you might be the only one using the beach (aside from a security personnel ) #BestBeachEver
