Conveniently located near interstates 5, 76, 78, and the train station. The private downstairs laundry has ample room for storage for surfboards, bikes and more. Guests have access to beach chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to tote belongings to the beach. Our place is centrally located for surfers seeking to ride the waves of famous surf spots from San Clemente to San Diego or triathletes competing in North County events. It’s the perfect place if visiting family at Camp Pendleton, MCRD, Miramar, or PSC’ing and looking for permanent housing. This unit is part of a duplex above the garage apart from the front house. There are no shared walls. Each unit has a separate entrance & walkway, so privacy is assured! If you have a large group, inquire about reserving both units. The front house is two bdrm, 2 bath, sleeps 6, with a gated front yard; great for kids at play or corn hole (provided) type games. **There is a heater but no AC! We get a great breeze living close to the ocean and the unit usually stays very cool! Many passersby are those on bikes or golf carts on their way to the beach. Enjoy a peaceful 10-minute walk via the pedestrian path to Buccaneer Beach and watch the sunrise or sunset. Afterwards grab a breakfast burrito and a coffee at Buccaneer Cafe while you hang out with locals. There are many breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and shops along PCH. Primo Food is a favorite in Oceanside and is only a one-minute walk from our place! One stop for all the freshest produce, groceries, wine, and spirits just in case!
