Stunning Waterview Condo in the Heart of Seattle!
Located in the heart of Seattle, our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has stunning water and city views, including a peek-a-boo view of the Space Needle! Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattleâs best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, and a smaller flat screen in the master- both equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 2 brand new queen sized beds- one in each bedroom, a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room, and a memory foam folding floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a stunning water view. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.
We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 full bathrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!
The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 7'3".

Please wait for the garage gate to close completely. The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage.
The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may rappel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.
Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.
