Tumbleweed is pet-friendly, so you are welcome to bring your furry friend. Enjoy the relaxing hot tub after your hiking adventures or local activities. The gas grill and fire ring make for great BBQ evenings. And a king bed is comfy enough for a good night's sleep. Tumbleweed is perfect for a relaxing, outdoorsy getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and cozy. The yard/outdoor seating was smaller than expected but it was a rainy weekend so we weren't able to use the fire pit area anyway. The hot tub was clean and well maintained.

The directions were really good to get to the cabin and the cabin itself had a beautiful view. However, when we got there we found bugs in the sink and what I can only describe as “snail trails” on the couch. They appeared to be stains from a bodily fluid. I do think the cabin is a little overpriced for its size and the state it was in, as well as it only having 2 towels and 2 washcloths for the whole cabin.

The cabin is small and cozy, with everything you need and nothing to distract from the beautiful scenery around you. Just staying on the property is relaxing, but also so close to many beautiful sites to see.

The stay was great! We needed a weekend away to just relax and not have to worry about the stress we’ve had going on, and it was a birthday weekend so that made it great as well. The cabin was very cozy which made the stay very relaxing. With the cabin being very close to Ash Cave and the Old Mans Cave it made it easy to explore the area and come back to cook lunch. Overall the stay was great.

My husband and I had a lovely time there. Cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with decent cooking utensils/pans/dishes. The cabin sits off by itself (one other cabin down the road and a home at the other end of the lane) but otherwise it's you and nature, which I love. We watched the stars out in a nearby field, and enjoyed the firepit. It's about a 10 min drive to the state park, which was convenient. Will probably book there again!
