Welcome to Whitman, a modern lofted tiny home with a private hot tub set in the woods of the Hocking Hills. Clean lines, intentional design, and an efficient layout make it a relaxing escape for couples seeking a quiet, design-forward stay.

Whitman is one of five thoughtfully designed tiny homes at Notestone Reserve, inspired by the poetry of Walt Whitman. Designed for couples or solo travelers, this lofted tiny home features a queen bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable indoor spaces for relaxed evenings. Outside, guests enjoy a private hot tub and seating area surrounded by the peaceful woods of the Hocking Hills. The tiny homes are intentionally arranged to create a welcoming shared atmosphere while still offering a sense of privacy and retreat.

Whitman is part of a small collection of thoughtfully designed homes at Notestone Reserve. The property is intentionally arranged to offer a welcoming shared atmosphere while still providing private outdoor spaces and a peaceful sense of retreat.

📶 Connectivity

Free satellite WiFi is provided, but connectivity can be spotty due to our remote location. Many guests enjoy the opportunity to unplug and reconnect with nature. Refunds are not issued for WiFi interruptions.

🌿 Natural Setting

Our home is located in a wooded area. While we maintain regular pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small critters are possible and are a normal part of being in nature.

⚠️ House Rules

• No parties or events (including bachelor/bachelorette parties); no glitter
• Only registered guests may enter the property
• No smoking, vaping, fireworks, ATVs, hunting, or weapons
• No commercial photography or videography without written approval
• Hot tub: use striped towels only, keep cover on when not in use, avoid temperature changes
• Septic system: flush toilet paper only; no garbage disposal
• This home is in a rural area of Hocking Hills and 4WD/AWD is recommended during the winter months.

Violations may result in a $300 fine and/or forfeiture of the security deposit.

📋 Additional Notes

All guests must sign a renter agreement prior to arrival. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and released within five days after checkout, pending no damage or rule violations.
