With over 4,000 square feet of living space, this 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath home offers plenty of room to relax and reconnect. The home features two master suites with attached full bathrooms, two separate living rooms, spacious bedrooms, and an open layout designed for comfort and togetherness. The main living area features soaring ceilings and a warm, inviting atmosphere, while the large patio provides a peaceful place to enjoy the views and fresh mountain air.

The kitchen is fully stocked for both everyday meals and larger group cooking. Guests have access to cookware, bakeware, a rice cooker, roaster, Ninja blender, Instant Pot, slow cooker, air fryer, hand blender, extra-large electric griddle, 12-cup coffee maker, wine glasses, and a selection of spices. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating in the breakfast nook.

For entertainment, the home includes Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, board games, and a game area with foosball and ping pong. Guests can also enjoy the private seasonal swimming pool, outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and multiple indoor gathering spaces. A wood-burning stove in the main living room and a propane stove in the secondary living room add extra comfort during cooler months. Guests have access to the home and surrounding property, except for the bocce ball court area beyond the marked property line on the right side of the entrance. Orange flags indicate the boundary.

Base pricing includes up to 16 guests; an additional nightly fee applies for each guest over 16
No pets allowed; unauthorized pets will result in a fee plus additional cleaning charges
Outdoor fires are not permitted from May through October due to Madera County fire restrictions
Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the property, including a Ring doorbell camera
The pool is not heated and is typically open from May through September
Guests should not climb the natural rock formations on the property for safety reasons
