Welcome to the Cozy Creek Getaway! This stylish townhome is the perfect escape for your Great Smoky Mountain retreat. Tucked on a creek in a peaceful location, with easy year round access, you’ll fall in love with this beautiful property.

Slip into the hot tub and enjoy the magic of the creek of as it babbles past, or relax by the fire pit and watch for elk, turkey, and other wildlife that regularly visit the area. With WiFi, a gas log fireplace, and an amazing location, this home has it all.

Located in the beloved and quaint town of Maggie Valley, the location and style of this home is incredible! With flat, easy access and a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that is home to elk, deer, geese, and other wildlife, you’ll be so happy you chose this home for your mountain escape.

This property is just minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cataloochee Ski Resort, and Soco Falls, as well as an easy drive to Cherokee, Harrah’s Casino, and the Great Smoky Mountain’s National Park. Historic downtown Waynesville with its lovely shops and delicious restaurants is also just a few minutes away.

When you first arrive at the Cozy Creek Getaway you’ll find parking for two vehicles including a carport that you are welcome to use, and provides great cover for either motorcycles or a single vehicle during inclement weather.

As you step through the double front doors, you’ll be greeted by an open floor plan and a warm and welcoming space with plenty of cozy seating around the gas log fireplace. There is high speed WiFi and a smart tv so our guests can stream their favorite shows. This space also includes a dining area that seats 4, and opens into the
beautiful and well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining.

Travel through the living room to the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, smart tv, and an attached full bath also shared with the second bedroom. From this room you can step out onto the private covered back porch. This area boasts a hot tub and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the mountain air no matter what the weather, and listen to the creek that runs alongside the house.

Back inside you will find a spacious second bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of room to curl up and relax after a long day of hiking or skiing.

There is also plenty of outdoor space to enjoy along the creek with both a fire pit and picnic area as well as a charcoal grill.

Conveniently located not far off Soco Rd, with flat, easy access, you can enjoy the Cozy Creek Getaway all year long. The last part of the road is gravel but flat, and easy to drive on all year round.

Guests have access to the entire townhome, a private back deck and parking area for two vehicles, a private fire pit, and a shared back yard with direct access to a lovely creek.

Please drive slow when you are traveling on Laurel Branch Rd. This area is filled with wildlife. There is a pond in the neighborhood and geese and ducks often cross the road, and the elk regularly graze here as well.

You will need a car to best enjoy all the area has to offer.

Cell phone service can be limited in the area, but we do have excellent WiFi.

The Cozy Creek Getaway is one side of a duplex/townhome. It has a private deck, parking area, and fire pit, but the creek access and back yard are shared with the other side.
No lighter fluid or any type of accelerant may be used at the fire pit or anywhere on the property.
