The Space:
Stunning 2014 timber frame home with distant Haystack Mountain views and a 2-minute walk to Mount Snow Golf Course. The home has direct snowmobile trail access on the VAST and Mount Snow Ski Resort is 4 short miles away.

Inside you will be welcomed by the gorgeous timber-frame construction with exposed woodwork throughout. The large 2-story great room where you can enjoy the beautiful wood-burning stone fireplace, an open-concept kitchen, spacious dining area, and wood floors with radiant heat throughout the main floor. The 1st floor bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and covered porch to enjoy your morning coffee. There is an additional ½ bath on the main floor and laundry area off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer. Outside the back door, you will find a 7-person hot tub.



Upstairs you will enter a vaulted loft space with dedicated sleeping area with a queen bed, full sized pullout trundle, and large sectional couch. This is a great place for the kids to watch a movie or play games. The 2nd bedroom upstairs also has an ensuite bathroom and beautiful winter mountain views. The upstairs vaulted master bedroom has a seating area and ensuite bathroom perfect for a great night’s sleep. You will find yourself able to relax and unwind in this stunning space.

-Driveway accommodates 4-5 vehicles

- Primary renter must be 30 and over. Age requirement is strictly enforced.

- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.

-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver- The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
