Perfect place for our girls trip! The location is great you can go left or right and are very close to different shops and restaurants. The house was very clean! Beach access is right across the road which was wonderful. We had no complaints!!

The house is beautiful. The issues we had, the air conditioning was not working. It was underpowered. So in the afternoon, it was 78 degrees in the house. The management company did what they could and tried a portable unit, box fans, it still was not working well. We had maintenance or repair people at the house everyday. Besides that, another disappointment was by the pool there was construction debris. Roughly 80 pavers in piles, spool of plastic gas line, lumber etc. we were offered a refund and for us to find another house but trying to find anything on the day of, was impossible. The management company was fantastic to deal with. Always responsive, they did genuinely care about our issues. I just felt like the owners could have put a second unit in to help with the heat well before renting it. The management company and I worked out an agreement for an acceptable/fair refund. I was so impressed with the management company, I would rent from them without hesitation! NOTE: the beach access is a lot closer than you think. It’s great! You walk to the end of the driveway cross the street and take a right, go about 5 steps and you are at the entrance! Very convenient!

Need to be cleaned better and the chairs in the living room and downstairs bedroom need a deep cleaning. The sink upstairs drains very slow. The bathtub upstairs was stopped up with hair and hair ties from previous guest. The dishwasher stinks so bad I just washed all the dishes by hand that we used. When we went to use the scissors they had food all over them. For as much as you pay you would think they would clean it better. The walk to the beach and location was the best part but I like a clean house to stay in and this one wasn't cleaned the best.
