Kick back in a beautiful Charleston/craftsman style home with new modern furnishings right by the heart of Athens. Walk 18 minutes to the UGA arch and campus or walk 25 minutes to Sanford stadium! This home is perfect for a weekend of seeing all Athens has to offer, tailgating, or a wonderful place to stay and catch up with your UGA student. It is convenient to local wedding venues and less than a mile from the Classic Center. There is a private backyard with a screened in porch with TV, fire pit, Adirondack seating, corn hole, string lighting, cooler, charcoal and gas grills.
The house sleeps 8-10 in four bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms.

Enjoyed Mom's weekend here with 3 other mom's. Daughters came over & we enjoyed fire pit. Place was very clean, well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated, close to campus. Would definitely stay here again for a visit to Athens.

We loved our stay at the Classic City Dawg House for our daughter’s graduation from UGA. The house was clean and very well appointed. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, coffee provided, along with a s’mores kit and nice bathroom amenities. The fire pit was a highlight for our family. We loved the graduation decorations too! What a special touch. I only wish we had discovered this property sooner.

Wonderful!

Probably one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The house is great and the host was attentive with a lot of special touches that we didn’t even ask for. ie: pack and play, high chair for the baby, and many others. The check out was extremely easy snd much appreciated! I would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity, I highly recommend!

Perfect location and perfect home

This house had everything, we instantly felt at home and had ample space for our group of 9. The kids loved getting to pick the beds they slept in and us adults loved that we had nice sized comfortable beds. The house was perfectly situated close enough to UGA campus and downtown Athens to allow us easy access to everything we wanted to do and more. The property was so well stocked and the host was great about giving recommendations and providing the best instructions. The home was clean and had everything and more than we could ask for. We will hopefully be back to Athens and will for sure look to stay in this property again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the owner. Communication was clear and consistent, and everything was as described in the listing and messages. Having stayed in several short-term rental vacation properties through the years, I don’t know that I’ve ever come across one that has as many outstanding details for the guests. There were also some personalized touches that went far and above any expectations we may have had for this property. This was a family trip for us, and we walked to Sanford stadium and downtown and came back to a beautiful interior and the bonus of an amazing back yard with the best fire pit I’ve ever seen.

Fantastic Weekend with a nice personal touch

We were celebrating our son's graduation from UGA Vet school. We arrived to banners with "Congratulations 2024 Georgia Grad" around the front door and a nice banner in the main living space. It was a very welcoming touch from the owners. The house is very well appointed and supplied. Grill worked well and backyard was perfect for family members to relax and catch up. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the family. We truly enjoyed the property and highly recommend the property.
