Located in the middle of North Creek Resort at Blue and facing the mountain, Mountainview Loft is the largest-sized unit in the complex and has some of the best views. The large deck off the living room offers stunning views of the surrounding area and the spacious interior will comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The kitchen comes equipped, linens & towels are included, the Wifi is fast, free, and unlimited, and Crave TV is also included. Whether you are hitting the slopes, the beach, or just looking to relax with friends, you will love your stay at Mountainview Loft.

Location and price cant be beat!

Perfect proximity to the Blue Mountain Inn for private event and skiing. The condo decor is dated but everything works amd it met our needs. The property manager was helpful and flexible during the ice storm/ power outage. Parking is easy and right outside the door. Thanks !

Very tired property

We all felt it was a very old property and little had been done to upgrade it. Bathrooms ok. Upstairs beds not great. One was as hard as a board and the other hadn’t even been made up!! The balcony furniture was old and disgusting and we had to scrub the chairs and the table before using it.

Great location

This was the ideal property for us. It is at the end of the row on the upper level with views directly onto the golf course from the back. The upper level bedroom was a perfect ‘teenage retreat’ with its own bathroom. A short walk into the village, and easy parking outside. Would stay here again.

Facilities nice, property needed some attention.

The oven did not work, also same with the toaster. Our fault for not checking, but eating area was lacking, had to eat at counter where no overhang, was awkward. Should have specified eating area required.

Our group of 6 (husband and I and our 4 kids) had a good stay at the resort. Communication was good and arrival instructions were easy to follow. The condo itself could use a little TLC as we found some things in disrepair. It was clean except for the pull out mattress cover which was pretty dirty. My son ended up just sleeping on the couch without using the pullout. Mattresses could use updating as well. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The property or the condo definitely needs some TLC. The stove was quite old and not in the best condition. The beds were fair and the size of the condo was good for 4 people gor a short stay. I was not impressed with having to contact the property managers regarding utensils, not 1 but 2 pans for the stove did not fit, these were too big! I called for assistance at 4pm and received word at 530pm and told the earliest they could come was the next day? I had purchased food to cook and not for the next. The answer I got was, "what would you like me to do?" This I thought was unacceptable. The pool was clean and the highlight of our stay. I dont think I will be returning because of the property managers inability to help. Good luck!

Clean but needs repairs

Communication with the property management was terrible they never answered the phone. The TV in the downstairs bedroom was broken and the hot water......Lol.. is was not adequate. One tank is split between serveral units. We were a party of 4 and had to time our showers.

Girls getaway bust

The pool and on-site restaurant were the best things about North Creek. Buildings all need tlc. Our room looked like a boy's dorm. I messaged the property manager within 10 min of arriving that the entrance rug was dirty, the outdoor chairs were disgusting and there were beer caps, playing cards and popsicle sticks in the air conditioning units. The response? "You have to realize that the air conditioning units have grates so things are bound to fall into them. The chairs are left outside all winter so will show some wear." Just no...the unit had not been cleaned other than (hopefully) new sheets and towels, and they never responded back. Add to that the beds were so darn hard, i lifted up the sheets to see if there was a matress or if we were sleeping on box springs. Rock hard and impossible to sleep on. We asked others and it seems units that have been recently refurbished are ok. Our unit was not. I actually took pictures on arrival, and a video when we left. We were not impressed.

Great place for our fushing trip

This rental was perfectly located for our group that came in for a fishing trip. The place is well appointed and had everything we needed. We had some issues with tvs and hvac, and when we arrived it was too late to contact anyone by phone so i sent some texts/messages through the app wiylthout success. But the next morning i called aian and he got us sorted. The cleaning crew could be a little more thorough for the the cleaning fee being charged. The dishwasher was full of clean dishes when we arrived (they're supposed to empty it according to the listing details) and there were dead fruit flies all over the sink in the bathrooms. Also, the listing shows 3 bathrooms, but there are only 2. All in all, the issues we found were minor. I'd rent here again in the future if it was available.

Great location. Out of date everything. Barebones furniture. Beds were not made with sheets in them under the blankets. Couch needs to be replaced. Back cushions were plump with the seating depleted so sitting on the couch you were leaning forward. Seemed old and dingy. Was fine for the two night stay.
