We loved Big Timbers Cabin! The home was clean, and very well stocked with essentials! We loved using the pool, sauna, hot tub and cold plunge. We can’t wait to return!

Best rental we have stayed in. Very spacious and amazing view. Great location. Also this rental was stocked very well with everything you would need, especially the cookware.

The cabin was super nice and clean, very nicely equipped, Faith was very helpful from the pool heating to accommodating our early check in and late check out. Would love to come back again!

This place was amazing! We took family and extended family here for the entire week of Thanksgiving. The entire home is very well appointed and well laid out for large groups. The entire booking, pre-arrival, arrival, and departure process was very easy with a high level of communication. Faith and her team were a gem to work with on this visit.

Beautifully located in the mountains of Georgia, this home was designed for family time! We had 7 adults and 1 teenager. The home had plenty of spaces for gathering and privacy. The kitchen was well appointed, as well as the grill area. The Ooni pizza oven was so fun to use! The hosts responded to all our concerns or questions in a timely manner. This was a memorable vacation for our family. Highly recommend!
Our son proposed on the balcony outdoor space. It was a magical evening.

Our family’s unanimous opinion of Big Timber Cabin is simple: perfect.From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d found a special place. The cabin is spacious and beautifully designed, with five king bedrooms featuring incredibly comfortable beds. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and gathering as a family.The host was extraordinary—responsive before our stay, during our visit, and even afterward. That level of care made the entire experience seamless.The mountain views are spectacular, and the covered porches quickly became our favorite place to relax with coffee in the morning and unwind in the evenings.One of the best things about Big Timber Cabin is that there’s truly something for everyone. The adults and kids alike loved the pool, cornhole, horseshoes, poker table, oversized blocks, puzzles, and board games. We actually spent most of our vacation enjoying the cabin because there was so much to do.When we did venture out, we had a wonderful fly-fishing trip and enjoyed exploring the charming towns of McCaysville and Blue Ridge.We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and Big Timber Cabin ranks among the very best. We made wonderful family memories here and would return without hesitation.

Beautiful Cabin and great amenities!

The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Having certain amenities made it easy specially having kids with us. We had unexpected weather issues but communication with the manager was good and they tried to resolve things as quickly as possible. Close to fun downtown area and Blue Ridge Lake which was an extra plus.

Big Timber is an oasis with breathtaking views! You will not regret booking this home for any occasion for any size group! For us, the home comfortably slept 9 adults and 5 kids in what felt like individual hotel suites based on how the home is laid out, creating privacy with elevated decor within every bedroom and bathroom.Every amenity and supply was accounted for, and even the private chef we hired had every kitchen need met to prepare a gorgeous 4-course meal. The pool, hot tub, ice plunge and sauna made the property feel like a relaxing spa getaway!We enjoyed every inch of the property, from playing games in the lower common space, billiards in the garage, kids swinging, swimming and playing cornhole… and OMG the walk-in pantry! Even the outdoor TV was clutch in keeping the men out of way in the kitchen - we could cook in peace while they watched a golf tournament, so that’s ideal! LOLHost Faith’s communication leading up to and during the stay removed all the guess work from checking in and out and everything in between. If I can offer one piece of advice to renters, because we stayed in the springtime and the pollen and bugs were elevated, I wish I brought a broom to keep the patios clean during our stay. But that’s just the reality and joy of being in nature while nature is nature-ing. :) 10/10 - book this property!!
