Wow! It’s as close to nature as you can get. There was a woodchuck next door that didn’t mind hanging out with us, 7’ wing span crane, a family of 5 deer across the river and so much more. The cabin was very well stocked! The decor was so cute. The beds and furniture were very comfy. FYI there are exterior cameras which might not be for everyone.Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The cabin was beautifully decorated and so cozy! Very clean and well stocked. We loved being right on the water which was peaceful and relaxing. This is a lovely, private, and peaceful retreat with a pet safe deck immediately overlooking the gently flowing river. We watched the mist roll in every morning and evening and otters, geese, and deer visited daily. The cabin was well appointed and spotlessly clean. We needed nothing extra for our stay other than groceries which are conveniently available nearby. Cabin decor was thoughtfully purchased and staged to yield immediate comfort and bring nature from the outside in. Cozy furnishings, pillows, throws, and candles completed the vibe. The hot tub was cleaned, treated, and sealed for our visit. Already thinking about a girls' trip with my daughter!

I was with a party of 4 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone. My only complaint was the placement on the main TV, It was not viewable from the living room. Everything else was top notch. This is by far our favorite cabin rental in Blue Ridge. If you are looking for a place to decompress and relax, you will love it too! We were there for two weeks and my husband went fishing, one of my sons floated around in the river. We could look down off of the deck and see fish, there were 4 deer and a badger looking animal, bunnies, a muskrat, and Canadian geese. Our 5 pound Yorkie made friends with a 2” lizard. It’s a great place to spend time with your family, and even though you are close to town, you feel like you are far away from the hustle and bustle. There are numerous activities to do in the area. People were floating down the river in inner tubes, and kayaks right passed the house. We made a campfire 2 nights. We felt like this was our home away from home and if this tells you anything, we have already booked a week in October and are talking about January! The Host is super responsive and very nice!

10 Stars! This home is perfect! The cabin has absolutely stunning decor, so clean, comfy bed and the kitchen is completely stocked with beautiful amenities. The host is very communicative and friendly and the check in process was a breeze. The hot tub worked great and was very appreciated after a day hiking to the waterfalls. The absolute star of this home is the view. It is right on the river, you sit outside on the porch and you are over the river. The views are just as gorgeous from the inside of the cabin. The pictures just don’t do it justice! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back.
