Come live your mountain life at Monte Vida. This home is nestled in the pines and aspen a short drive from the Angel Fire ski area. The cabin-style home has three bedrooms plus a loft and two baths, and sleeps eight.
The main level of the house has an open-plan living area with a cathedral ceiling and high windows to let in light all day. The kitchen has full-size appliances including a dishwasher; the dining counter has seating for five. Off the kitchen is a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The living area has a sofa that seats three, two recliners, and a smart TV. Also in the living area is the wood-burning stove. Above the open area is a loft that sleeps two. The living area opens onto the large deck with a table that seats four and a sitting area for two, perfect for enjoying the mountains.
The primary bedroom has a king log bed and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. They share the guest bath, which has a shower/tub combination.
Monte Vida features a covered parking area under the entry porch. There is a flight of exterior stairs to access the front door and a separate flight of stairs to access the kitchen door.
WiFi is provided. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

Access to this home requires 4-wheel drive in the winter months.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck with seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Monte Vida is 1.8 miles from the ski area (a 6-minute drive) and 3.3 miles (10 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: The garage will accommodate two vehicles and the driveway will accommodate up to four vehicles.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:

Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
