Nestled in a quiet lakeside community, this cozy cottage is a great spot to enjoy a classic Maine summer. Spend your days swimming in the clear water, exploring the lake in the 10' inflatable dinghy, or relaxing on the lawn. In the evenings, unwind around the fire pit with s’mores and stargazing. The cottage is pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring your furry companion along. Inside, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’ll need, including a Ninja food processor and a crock pot—perfect for easy meals after a day on the water.

The west-facing view offers beautiful sunsets over the lake. A level lawn leads to a small sandy beach with a gradual entry into the water. The dock can fit up to a 25' boat, though we ask that you using the mooring when not cruising to help protect both the boat and the dock. From here, you can access over 40 miles of waterway, including Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River.

Shops, restaurants, and other activities are just a short drive away, making this a convenient and peaceful place to settle in and enjoy all the Sebago Lake region has to offer. Come make memories that you'll cherish forever in this lakeside paradise.

SLLIMM a wonderful retreat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a great week. The cottage was very well equipped and had a convenient location. Accommodations were worn but comfortable. Upon arrival found a bedside table in the Master BR broken. Had some trouble with the hot water for the the first 2 days but Krainin had it taken care of promptly. Beach area is a bit cramped because of a Zodiac on a lift (we did not use the zodiac). Dock is in very close proximity to the neighbors dock and the neighbors boat encroached a bit at the lake end of the dock. The above were all minor and did not lessen our enjoyment of the property. The description of the property is accurate. The kitchen was especially well equipped! Beds were comfortable. Yard was neat and well maintained. Krainin was always pleasant and responsive when called upon. This was a great vacation and I would gladly stay at the SLLIMM cottage again.
