The house was so beautiful with so much space a d a gorgeous view! We arrived to find a welcome note and wine and snacks, which was so lovely. The house was clean and had everything you could need. Cant wait for our next stay. Thanks guys!

Perfect holiday

A holiday house that I want to visit again. This Easter holiday was made more perfect by visiting this place. The facilities, cleanliness, and comfort are all excellent. And the consideration and kindness of the owner I would like to thank Alida again for making good memories here.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation home. The property was spotless, well-presented, and located in a fantastic area—just a short distance from the beach. With its stunning surroundings, generous amenities, and thoughtful touches for guests of all ages (including games and cozy beds), it was the perfect spot for a group of friends or a family getaway.Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their time here. The owners were exceptionally kind and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended!

Couldn't have asked for more

The vacation house offered us a fantastic experience with its beautiful setting, ample amenities, and convenient location. It caters to all ages with games and comfortable beds, making it a perfect choice for families or groups of friends. We all had a great time and highly recommend this property. We will come here again.

Awesome

We had an awesome time lstaying at this beautiful property. It was very well presented and in a very good location. Beaches were only a short distance away. We stayed with friends and everyone enjoyed thoroughly. We aim to be back soon ! Owners were so nice and were quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommended place to stay.

Alida is the best communicator. She answered promptly and gave clear instructions. She also is a very generous host who gave us a lot of flexibility during our stay to give the kids a grand time. Her home is well situated between three beaches and easily accessible from the main road with plenty of parking at the back. The property is as generous as its host; not only does it have everything, it has lots of everything! From beach towels to food containers to items in the pantry, we almost needed nothing but our own clothes. It was very well-priced too, we will definitely come back!

We spend lots of time here and cherish our time as a loving extended family including a bunch of grandchildren.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Malua Bay and surrounding area is the perfect area for both families and single adventurers alike. Beaches and activities with the sea in mind are abound. Quiet safe, child friendly beaches as well as exciting surf and boogie boarding beaches all with beautiful white sand are all along the coast. Most of the popular beaches close to house are patrolled by life savers.
Fishing, skin diving and snorkelling are popular.
Lobsters, Abalone and sea urchins are plentiful as well as salmon, flatheads, trevally and many more varieties of fish abound in any of the bays and rocks areas close by.
If you are into adventure activities the area is made for you. The cliff bush walking Minjup Trail goes right past the house and is suitable for all ages. Canoeing in the Tomakin River is also close by.
Food is an integral part of the area. Cafe Three66 espresso bar is across the road from the house. The famous Mossy Cafe in Mossy Point is not far away. The Malua Club is 5 minutes away and does great affordable meals and is kid friendly. Batemans Bay is only 10 minutes away and has a host of great eateries including our favourites Sam’s Pizza and pasta or Kholis Indian both located on the waterfront.

The garden surrounding the Agave House has been planted and lovingly cared for by the owners over the last 15 years with a tropical atmosphere and privacy in mind. We also have an avocado tree, pawpaw, mangos,lemons and limes and passion fruit growing in the garden.
The interior decor of the house is stylish but with a focus on family comfort and relaxation. Lots of comfortable seating in both living areas as well as on the upper deck where you can enjoy a tasty bbq or simply gaze out to sea and watch the whales pass.
