Tucan 305 represents a modern transformation of a beloved classic. Formerly a grand house, this building within the Selva Romantica complex has been reimagined into 12 exquisite 2-bedroom units.

From the moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the home's unique features, including its gracefully rounded Parota windows and doors. The large terrace and outdoor kitchens offer a breathtaking view of the mountains and the romantic zone. Charming gardens and a stunning pool area complete the picture, creating an inviting atmosphere within the lush surroundings of Selva Romantica. You're sure to fall in love with the seamless blend of contemporary design and natural beauty that Tucan 305 effortlessly embodies.

Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., and ends at 9 pm. If guests arrive after 9 p.m there is a Late Check In fee of 35 USD Dollars to cover for the additional time of the concierge meeting for the check in. Self Check in is not possible in this property.

Best Property on the Romantic Zone

We have been coming to PVR for 30 years and Selva Romantica never disappoints. This unit has bee recently remodeled and was immaculate, well appointed and the linens and bedding were all high-end. It sits in the heart of the Zona but the complex is a peaceful retreat.

Fantastic Condo in a great location!

We really enjoyed staying here for a week!The communication from the owner/management company was great, the check in process was easy, the condo is gorgeous, clean and had everything we needed!We loved the location - easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping. The pool was SO nice, (warm in january) and the hottub was great. I used the gym and the equipment was in good working order and clean. the community library book shelves came in handy. and everyone staying/living there was so friendly. My only recommendation is that if you need darkness/don't want to wake up too early, bring eye mask because the curtains in the main bedroom are white and let in all the light... it would have made for very early mornings if I had not had my eye mask. Perhaps the owner could put in darker curtains in the bedroom? Other than that everything was great!We would definitely stay here again!
