Koali Poipu Hale – This classic four-bedroom four-bathroom beach home is the epitome of Hawaii living. Popular Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach Park are only steps away which makes it easy to swim, snorkel, boogie board, surf, fish, sunbathe, or lounge from morning to night.
The spaciousness and diversity of Koali Poipu Hale provide a limitless amount of enjoyment for ohana (Hawaiian for family) and friends. A garden oasis full of fragrant blooms, vibrant shrubs, and lush lawns border multiple open-air patio areas with outdoor furnishings. The perfect ambiance for gathering, frolicking, or relaxing.
Each level of this two-story home hosts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, two bathrooms, a master suite, and a guest suite. Ceiling and floor fans throughout each area of the home augment Kauai's natural tradewinds. For added comfort split air-conditioning units cool the master suite, guest suite, and living area on each level of the home. An upper-level wrap-around lanai offers an alternative outdoor dining and gathering option. With grills on both the lower and upper levels, preparing delicious meals is a cinch.

Check in was easy! Location is perfect, steps from the beach and the park. Great location for families. Close to food sources. Amenities were abundant, chairs, wagons, snorkel equipment, toys for kids, porta crib too.

House was great for the whole family! Loved that there were four bathrooms for 4 bedrooms. The location could not have been better! Such a short walk to Poipu Beach but the neighborhood remained quiet and peaceful.

2nd time staying

Our family stayed here in June of 2022 and it worked out great. The location is fabulous and loved being able to walk back and forth to both beaches. However, the place could use a lil updating and perhaps more items in kitchen. Containers for leftovers would be helpful, also additional toilet paper and paper towels. These items are inexpensive to purchase and no one is going to steal items like that. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great place for a family vacation

We had our whole family stay over Thanksgiving break and had a great time. The house was perfect and just as advertised. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were additional beds in all the couches in the living rooms so every kid had their own bed. The location was amazing and the beach is literally across the street. We also had access to the resort amenities. I highly recommend this house and property.

Family and Friends getaway

Everything was great for our family of 4 (kids 13 and 11) and our friends’ family (kids 11 and 9). This location is amazing!!! Super easy walk to Poipu Beach and Brennecke’s. We enjoyed Poku Dog as well. The added bonus of having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was huge! Our kids loved the pool and volleyball court and we enjoyed the food/drinks there as well. The house was easily able to accommodate our two families and had everything we needed. We even found quite a bit of beach stuff in the outside closet - chairs, umbrellas, water shoes, beach toys. If you’re staying here, wait until you get to the rental and see what’s there before buying. We ended up returning a beach umbrella to Costco as there were multiple there in the closet available for use. Communication with rental company was smooth and they answered all of our questions timely. One thing that may be helpful is to have a list of checkout instructions or confirm that there are none for bedding, sheets, towels, etc. Thanks for a fantastic vacation! We will be back and we will recommend this property to anyone going there.
