Welcome to this freshly renovated Smart home centrally located in the DFW area. This home is in the heart of the Euless and is conveniently just six short miles away from the DFW Airport and 12 miles to the AT&T Stadium, making it a perfect place for sports fans, concert-goers, and event attendees alike! There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, and full of updates throughout the space. Also, this home features stainless-steel appliances, including a washer and dryer. Pet Fee - $50

Additional Rules
1. Absolutely NO smoking/vaping in the home.
2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property.
3. No parties or events.
4. No street parking
5. I ask that you respect my neighbors’ privacy and monitor noise levels after 9pm.
6. Checkout by 10am.
7. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper prior to leaving.
8. Report any accidents. I understand that accidents happen, but I ask that you please make me aware if/when they do.
*Trash Pick-up days are Wednesday and Saturday. Trash CAN NOT be put to curb until 7pm Tuesday and 7pm Friday. Trash is to be bagged and on the curb (NOT IN CANS).

The stay was just ok. Would I stay here again? No. The only good thing I can say is that the house was decorated cute. Walking in the house smells funny, like it's had a lot of water damage/mold. The AC/Heater was LOUD and right next to the master bedroom so it made it difficult to sleep. The shower pressure in the master bath was terrible and the shower head needs to be fixed so we used the guest bath the entire trip. The couch has huge stains. We were told someone would come to take the trash out on trash day. . that never happened so I took the trash out. 3 FULL TRASH CANS that smelled rancid and probably hadn't been taken out in weeks. Disgusting. We traveled with our dog and weren't told until 30 min before check in that he needed to be crated while we weren't at the house. This was the first trip with our dog so it would've been nice to have been informed up front when we made the reservation and could've brought our kennel from home. Overall the house needs a lot of repairs. For the amount of money we spent on this for a week I expected more.

It's a Place to Land

"Lux" is not the word I'd used to describe this property, though the 3 things carrying this place were the decor, shower pressure, and great a/c.The backyard space is mostly mud and an outdoor carpet that is tattered to the point of sad. Feels very representative of this being an income property and not someones home that is truly cared for. Upon arrival one of the toilets had to be manually filled with water by opening the back of the tank to press a button for every use. We opted to use the other bathroom during our stay, so as not to upset our pet with a stranger while we were out and about. Though property management was prompt in responsiveness.Both showers are missing the brace bar, so it leaves two holes that are covered by clear tape. Unnerving for female travelers, and asking for mold issues down the line.The biggest cramp in our stay was the large dog that barked in the evenings and incessantly between the hours of 6am and 830 am. Kitchen was stocked, most appliances in working order, the decor is cute, central a/c/heat, shower pressure and temp were on point. Sadly did not outweigh the obvious lack of care, and our inability to sleep.

Access for pets

The listing was accurate as to the information given. I was traveling with pets and there was no direct access to the fenced yard from inside the property. I had to leach them, take them out to the yard, unleash, let them do their thing, leach them again, take them inside, unleash them until the next time they needed out.
