The location was very convenient for attending our conference and made getting around easy. The check-in process was smooth, and the space had good potential. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The property did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, which took away from the overall experience. With better attention to cleaning and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.

Our host was very responsive whenever I had questions, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The house itself was a beautiful little place and had everything my wife and I needed. What really stood out were the small thoughtful touches inside the home, like the towel warmer, that made it feel extra comfortable. We will definitely rent there again, especially since it’s so close to our family.

Todd was very good at communicating, the area was perfect for us we were in town for the birth of a grandchild and they live in flower mound, so the location was great. We enjoyed the breakfast nook or table area and the coffee drinkers enjoyed the coffee. We had one issue that I communicated with Todd regarding the bed supports some of them were broken, I said it was not urgent just an fyi, but I should have had it repaired as it felt like there was a crater in the master bed, I’m sure he would have taken care of it, but it was also during the big ice/snow storm. We would stay here again.

The people before you had propped the mattress on the side of the frame and I didn’t know why. Guess they didn’t want to tell us it had broken. We were able to get a new bed before the next people checked in. Congrats on your grandchild. You are welcome back whenever you visit. ;)
